This is maybe the best hotel in kusadasi to have family holiday. They really care of children's and many possibility to do for kids. Beautiful weather and very good entertainment daily and evening shows. Emir and coco is the best in the hotel. Delicious foods and good quality drinks, many options in pattisery, and good hotel location. It's close to centrum to make around. Rooms are comfy and all housekeepers working hard and helpful. Thanks to all staffs and hotel management..

Best place I have ever stayed in Turkey, extremely great, very clean and friendly staff with great entertainment, the location of the hotel was amazing, beautiful view. The hotel is also great for children, it has a waterpark, trampolines, tennis court and swimming pools. Great entertainment staff thanks a lot to Emir and Coco made our holiday.

Best hotel i have ever been. I come with my boyfriend and we love everything about hotel. Hotels location very good. Its sea view, nature and very close to centrum. And to be honest what hotel serve us, it make us feel like king and queen. Unfortunately we came for a week and i wish we could stay here longer. But im already looking reservation for end of summer. We want to come back again. Entertainment team was succesfull their job. They trying hard for us and already made it. Thanks to Mr. Mustafa Mr. Emircan and Mr. Coco. Also thanks to Dj Snake. He played good songs around pool and at the evening. See you soon Ramada Resort and wait for us Againnn!!!

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, our favourite waiter can is superb. Only thing which could be improved on is the evening entertainment. Daytime animation staff are also excellent with coco being a daily highlight. Housekeeping staff are also great

The staff in the Petrus restaurant was amazing, Yagmur and Can went out of their way to be helpful, they were happy and spoke very good English and a great help. All the restaurant staff were amazing including the chefs. The hotel is lovely, it’s clean and bright, the swimming pools are great and there is a constant flow of free bottled water placed all around the hotel. The single beds are small and can feel uncomfortable, but the room is nice and spacious with a fabulous shower. However, the hotel was not as good as I expected the coffee was weak and watery, the WiFi went off constantly, and for the first week there was very little air conditioning in the hotel. The food was below par but the staff including chefs cleaners and waiters/waitresses make this 4 star hotel a 5, the staff are amazing.

We had Ibrahim as our waiter. He was very kind and friendly. He made sure that we ways had drinks and our plates were cleared as soon as we were finished. He had a big smile on his face and seemed happy to help 😊 Food was gorgeous and there was an option for everyone.
