The front desk staff spoke fluent English, so check-in was a breeze. They had onigiri (rice balls) for breakfast, which was delicious! The room was clean and tidy, and it even had a bathtub. The hotel also has three coin-operated washing machines and dryers, which was very convenient.

Consistent Toyoko Inn quality. I really appreciate the free breakfast, which includes onigiri, miso soup, bread, and soup. The hotel's proximity to the station is a plus, but it's a bit of a shame that the convenience store is a little far. Since I was in a Premium Plus room, it was great to try out the ReFa shower and the Airweave pillow.

Stayed at Toyoko INN Nishitetsu Kurume Station east exit during a family trip in Kurume and had a comfortable and convenient stay overall. Staff were polite and helpful, and the hotel offered very good value for travelers looking for a simple, clean, and accessible accommodation in Kurume.

Anti-human hotel, check-out is at 10am! The next day, when I checked in, they asked me to take out my luggage before 10am and wait until 3 or 4pm to check in. It's really a ********* operation... It's speechless 😓... Although the rooms are a bit small, they're acceptable. Parking is conveniently located right next door. Meals on the bus are rice balls, which is also an option.
