To sum up: The rooms had towels and water for free to use during your sty, everything was clean and you had a great view to the mountains. It’s not luxurious but I really liked it there. It’s affordable and has a lit to offer like Ski equipment for free during your stay or e-bikes for free in summer. The workers were very friendky and polite. I didn’t felt alienated at all. The breakfast was great too and you coukd ask the wirkers for anything any time, they vere very friendly. I just hope that they’ll offer dinner soon because I think it woukd be perfect then. And thank you to Mr. Richter who was really friendly towards me and helped me a lot with my booking. I loved the hotel nd will visit it next year too! (In the picture you can see my sight to the mountains from my room and it’s just perfect.)

The best located hotel in Oberwiesenthal. Direct on the Schwäbebahn and ski lifts, and at the base of the ski runs. Everything in this hotel works great, from check-in, on location parking, and large clean rooms. We haven't been to Oberwiesenthal for a few years, and now with the COVID restrictions, we were happy to return and to have all work out perfect for our trip. In house ski, snowboard, and sled rental is great. Spacious ski equipment room with available heated lockers. We had a room with an incredible view of the Fichtelberg, and the rooms are very quiet. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious. Hotel staff were helpful and very friendly, as were all the guests too. We will definitely come back here next time!

Wir waren die einzigen Gäste. Die Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter im Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen. Unterkunft , Frühstück ebenso die Bereitstellung von Rädern sind ohne Tadel. Die Zeit zwischen Winter ade und Sommer juche haben wir optimal genutzt. Vielen dank an das Team .

es war wie immer sehr gut.Das Service-Personal(Zuzana) ist nicht zu ersetzen. Die MTB-E-Bike Ausleihe war für mich als Anfänger sehr interessant+gut. Die Ruhe vor der Saison sollte man (Frau) genießen. Helfende ,,Hand,, war wieder einmal Frau Kurz.Auch nicht zu ersetzen. Alles in allem rund um zufrieden.

Super nettes Personal, lecker Frühstück und der Skiverleih hat auch einwandfrei funktioniert (hab meine Ski am Check-out Tag ausgeliehen). Gepflegte und saubere Zimmer. Kleineres Badezimmer, dafür mit Badewanne. Schöner Bergblick und tolle Lage.

Dass ist Hotel ist modern gemacht, die Zimmer haben einen DDR Charme. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Kleine Proben lagen im Bad. Es gab die Möglichkeit kostenfrei e-bike auszuleihen. Dass Frühstück hat uns geflasht , da waren wir dann doch sprachlos. So ein tolles Frühstück mit liebe zurecht gemacht hatten wir lange nicht mehr. Die Brötchen waren frisch und in verschiedenen Sorten .. alles war frisch und köstlich gewesen. Sehr gern wieder ..

Wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Es ist einfach aber vollkommen ausreichend. Die Lage ist perfekt, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstück toll, vor allem die Brötchen und die Möglichkeit sich einen frisch gepressten Orangensaft zu machen. Toll ist auch das Skidepot. Wir kommen wieder.

Freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Die Zimmer und Bad mit viel Platz und guter Aussicht. Abends kann man gut in der Lobby sitzen und bei den Pistenarbeiten zusehen. Die Atmosphäre ist wunderbar. Für jedes Zimmer steht ein Skischrank bereit.
