Spent a weekend with my family, have to say that it was a great experience. SPA is recently renovated as I understand, enjoyed it fully. They even have a childrens corner which my children liked a lot. Brekfast was nice and tasty, staff very nice and polite, unfortunately I do not remeber any names. Will definitely be back should I return to Saaremaa!

Warning!!! Not a place for kids. Receptionist managed to frighten our daughter to the point of crying and enjoyed it. The rooms are very dirty and much smaller than the ones on the pictures. Once you pay the money they will only laugh and say that the rooms are different and they cant do nothing but scam you!

Loved it. Great location - sea promenade just in front of the hotel, 5 min walk to the castle and 10 min to the town center. Very helpful and welcoming staff, the coziest spa and a really good restaurant as well (especially loved the rum ice-cream and beef brisket)

The general spaces were mostly beautiful and clean. In the corridor, there was sewerage smell, but there’s a possibility that it came from the sea that was very near. Spa is small, but has everything needed and there’s even a couple good saunas. I had the superior room which sadly didn’t have neither a carpet or minibar. Balcony was rather nice and spacious. Mostly old-ish design in rooms, but there’s essentials you need for a overnight stay. Since it’s a spa hotel, I would assume to have at least a pair of slippers in the room.

The rooms in this hotel are filthy beyond believe!! When we entered the room there was a musty smell. There were cobwebs full of mosquitos behind the curtains. There was dust on the furniture. The bathroom… was disgusting (look at the photos!!). It had a plastic dirty shower cabin (the cheap ones you find in a do it yourself store) and all the plastic was moldy. The shower curtain was so filthy I couldn’t believe what I saw. I went to the reception desk to complain. She gave me another room which was equally filthy. There were grease stains all over the windows and there even was long hair on the pillow. What?!? I am not difficult but for €250 I demand a clean room. This is supposed to be a SPA hotel!! At this point I had enough and I demanded a full refund. The reception employee Monika was first very hesitant and defensive, but in the end she gave in and called the manager to ask permission to give us the refund. We found a much better, clean and cosy spa hotel in Kuressaare for basically the same price. Avoid this hotel.

Hotel which I will NEVER stay again.I came to hotel reception at 00.15, which is not so late. And there was nobody behind the desk. Instead there was a plaque with a number, where to call if you need some assistance.Called them 8 times with no answer

Great view to the sea and Castle, very friendly staff, good breakfast and dinner. Our rooms were spacious and clean, but surfaces quite worn out, WC flusher tended to get stuck and hand shower rack was broken, as well as other light switch in toilet. Hence this three star review.

I'm just packing after spending 2 nights here and have found the hotel a bit hit and miss. I have good, needs to improve, and good to know/tips for travellers. First the good The location is right on the waterfront, with good views, and close to a swimming beach, park, and castle. It's just over 1km to the shops and restaurants, the walk took about 15 mins of amble, or 10 mins reasonable fast walk There's a small coop across the road that sells good and drink basics The restaurant food is good quality and not bad prices Theres a pool and sauna for guest use The needs to improve When the sun shines the rooms are hotter than the surface of the sun, there is no air con, no fans, and if you are on the car park side of the hotel you will hate every moment Some rooms have decent curtains that block out the light, others have flimsy cheap thin ones that leave you wondering why they bothered This is advertised as a spa hotel, which suggests there will be a touch more luxury than there is - add some better toiletries, a water glass in the rooms, and maybe it will feel a bit more like it One of the reception staff was surly, dismissive, and rude. This was echoed by several people at breakfast If you have a food allergy make sure you ask about it in everything, the menus don't always mention allergens The rooms are inconsistent quality Please add some noise insulation! You can hear everything from the rooms and corridor There is no drinking glass or kettle/drinks in the room Tips Ask for a sea view, these rooms are cooler in summer - they are mostly out of the afternoon sun and you get a better breeze (still really hot though) Bathrobes are €5 to hire, and bring your own slippers if you don't want to buy them (not provided in a spa hotel!) There are no irons, kettles, mini fridge, etc in the rooms (the things you get in many UK, Europe, US rooms as standard) You can get a self catering suite for just a small amount more, with separate bedroom, kitchen, balcony - same building but advertised as Ö Suites. I think these are a better option
