Both receptionists were very friendly and offered tea during check-in. They also kindly asked if I wanted a room upgrade and breakfast. It was a pleasant stay.

It was my first time staying at the 🍊 hotel. The experience was great. The front desk guys and girls were very friendly and provided first-class service. We originally booked a standard room, but when we checked in, they saw that we had children and upgraded us to a family room for free. The room was bright, clean, warm and comfortable.
