The location of this hotel is average. It is next to the road, the surrounding environment is messy and noisy, and the sound insulation of the hotel is not good, and I happen to live in a room close to the road, and the sound of heavy traffic can be heard at night, which affects my rest. The good thing is that the buffet in this hotel is good, and it only costs ¥88 for one guest at night, but the overall taste and ingredients are not bad, which is very worthy of this price.

This hotel is attached to a mall. It’s one of the better hotels in the area. Check in is not on the first floor make sure to confirm with the bell boy.

We chose the Crowne Plaza for its Western restaurant. Upon inquiry we asked about the restaurants and was sent to the 5th floor restaurant that only serves local cuisine. Again we asked the 5th floor restaurant where we can enjoy Western food. We were sent back down to the first floor where we found the western restaurant had closed down. It was upsetting to be sent from place to place and not properly informed about dining options. We had to enjoy a mediocre dinner in the nearby shopping center. The occasion was planned for the guest's bridal celebration dinner since she's leaving China and will get married abroad. I'm sorely disappointed in the uninformed restaurant manager and would hardly recommend staying at the Kunshan Crowne as the other Crowne Plaza's I've stayed at was a much better experience.

The hotel room facilities are very good, and the view facing the lake is stunning. It is very close to the entrance of Zhouzhuang Ancient Archway and can be reached within 10 minutes by taxi. The service must be praised. Call in advance to understand your needs before checking in and do your best to make arrangements. Very satisfied, the best choice when visiting Zhouzhuang.

I had a wonderful time there, my husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary and the hotel was kind enough to give us an upgraded room with a bottle of red and excellent follow through service. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were amazing also. The pool was not what we expected so we didn't use it but everything else was truly excellent from check in to check out...would definitely do it again!
