Pullman Zhouzhuang Reviews

Came to Suzhou Olympic Sports Center with friends to see Stefanie Sun's concert, so we decided to spend the weekend in Zhouzhuang. The Pullman is conveniently located near the scenic area. The service was excellent; not only did we receive welcome drinks, but they also upgraded us to lake view rooms, even though the hotel was fully booked for the weekend! One room was on the third floor and the other on the sixth. My friend and I compared and felt that the lake view from the lower floor was actually better, as the higher floor felt a bit far from the lake. The hotel's parking lot is outdoors, and you can also ask the doorman for valet parking. If you park yourself, there's a shuttle service to take you back to the lobby entrance, both options are very convenient. The room facilities were also great; the TV in this hotel was the only one in the past three months that we've stayed at that could connect to our casting device! Finally, we could watch videos from our phones. For breakfast, you could even get Aozhao noodles at the hot food station!

Pullman Zhouzhuang is an excellent hotel all around. The facilities, cleanliness, ambiance, and service were all top-notch. I especially want to commend the front desk staff for being incredibly warm and attentive. For example, I accidentally left an item in my room, and when I called the front desk, they resolved the issue immediately. I'm truly grateful for their help! This hotel truly deserves its five-star rating. Even though I only stayed for one night, I left feeling completely satisfied. I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance!

The Pullman Zhouzhuang is great overall. The staff even upgraded our room, which was a nice touch. The environment is lovely, with the entire hotel surrounded by a lake. Our room had a balcony with a lake view, making for a pleasant and refreshing experience. It's a fantastic place for a holiday. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym. All in all, it's pretty good.

The hygiene is good, and the environment is pleasant. However, the pool and shower facilities are a bit limited, and the air conditioning was a bit too cold. The service was acceptable, but they were quite uncooperative with a late check-out on the last day of a holiday, which was annoying. The food has improved compared to before.

This hotel is located near Zhouzhuang Scenic Area in Kunshan, making it incredibly convenient for night tours of Zhouzhuang. Ancient towns like Jinxi, Tongli, and Luzhi are also nearby, and transportation is excellent. The hotel facilities are complete, clean, and tidy, with beautiful scenery. It boasts its own lake view, a large lawn, and a greenway, making it perfect for vacations, travel, and leisure. It's best to come by car. Overall, the service is great. The front desk staff are very welcoming, skilled in their work, and excellent communicators, making check-in a breeze.

My business trip stay was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around for appointments. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and professional, and check-in and check-out were efficient and quick. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, perfect for business travel. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, very comfortable bed, and a fantastic environment!

The hotel is quite spacious, featuring its own garden, a water system, a children's playground, and a golf course with views of Zhouzhuang. The rubber running track is very comfortable, perfect for a leisurely stroll. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the bedding is very comfortable.

The lake view is absolutely stunning, parking is convenient, and the hotel breakfast is also quite good.

The hotel's ambiance is truly top-notch. However, the soundproofing in the rooms is quite poor; I could clearly hear the sounds of people showering and getting ready in the adjacent room. Also, perhaps because it was a holiday, the hotel was very crowded, and I hope they can improve their service. Finally, the parking lot is quite a distance from the lobby, which was a bit inconvenient.

The bed is 2.4 meters wide, so my child could sleep sideways! The breakfast spread was fantastic, they even had Aozao noodles and mock chicken, which most hotels don't offer, haha. The coffee was exceptionally good too. This hotel also has a great location, it's only a five or six-minute drive to the scenic area.

Beautiful, spacious, modern rooms, with a massive balcony. Very quiet area, with peaceful tranquil surroundings. The breakfast buffet was HUGE with a fantastic selection.

The room was great, with a large bed and a well-thought-out, cozy layout. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety, and the pool was also excellent. The showering facilities were complete, though there were a bit few cubicles, but overall it was very good. The front desk and shuttle service were also excellent, making us feel right at home.
