非常的差，4號入住下雨天夜裡温度0下，房間空調打30度都不行，吹出來是冷風！致電前台説他們空調老化問題，每個房間都是這樣，我就在想知道空調這樣為何跟進維修？ 空調一台現在值多少錢？ 説每個房間都是這種問題還，説換房可能也無濟於事！ 房間床單上有其他人的**，電話按鍵是有問題的，電話上還有上個客人頭髮，明明是如家，可是為啥還有漢庭的牌子在衞生間？ 要求給解決，就是衹有兩床被子，要求第二天給答覆，第二天都當沒事人一樣，啥也沒説！ 這個價位別説其他的，温度適宜與衞生是最基本的吧？總之避坑！！！

這家酒店先誇下前台，服務禮貌程度都是上乘，但是這家酒店真的很多年沒見過這麼老舊的酒店了，圖片跟酒店實際完全不符，唯一的優點就是房間裏沒有異味，但是它老舊到讓人震驚，破破爛爛的，很臟，就是衹能睡個覺的程度，電話按鈕都沒了不知道還放在房間裏幹嘛，下次不會在住了，真的很破。

房間衞生很乾凈，毛巾也跟柔軟。位置比較好，靠近崑山市政府市區周邊，性價比高。晚上睡眠也比較安靜，離馬路周邊有段距離，房間隔音也不錯。
