Aloft Kunshan Dianshan Lake

I checked in late at night, but a parking incident affected my experience. The next day, when checking out, I spoke with the hotel manager, Nicole, about what happened. She immediately investigated the situation and followed up very promptly and proactively, resolving everything very appropriately. We were very satisfied. I rarely write reviews, but I absolutely have to give a positive one to Hotel Manager Nicole this time. Her sincere work attitude, sense of responsibility, and professional, swift problem-solving skills resolved the matter perfectly. A high-end hotel deserves professional staff, and I believe the Aloft, right here in our neighborhood, will only get better and better.

I brought my elderly parents here for a relaxing weekend, but it turned out to be anything but. We were woken up by all sorts of noises in the middle of the night. I had to call someone to fix it, and my parents barely slept. The breakfast was awful too. We paid to enjoy ourselves, not to be bothered like this! The only positive was Nicole, the manager at checkout, who was very sincere and responsible. She even asked me to come back and try again when things improve. I guess I'll consider it if they actually do.

This is my second stay here. Whenever I come to Dianshan Lake, Marriott is always my first choice. The service is pretty standard with no major issues, and the staff are very friendly. I hope they can improve the room ventilation. There are delicious local farm-to-table restaurants nearby and untouched green fields – the environment is very comfortable.

Located near Dianshan Lake, the hotel attracts many cyclists. Aloft's modern and vibrant concept really appeals to a younger crowd. We stayed on the 15th floor in a lake-view room, specifically to watch the fireworks show. It was great value for money, though breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Looking for a getaway from Shanghai with good air quality for the summer vacation, Dianshan Lake was our top choice. We'd wanted to come last year and finally made it this year, and even got to see fireworks! A big thank you to Mikl at the front desk for giving us an extra kid's breakfast. The breakfast was decent and filling, though it can't compare to the Sheraton next door, but then again, the prices are different. The environment is lovely. The only minor inconvenience is that there are no shopping malls nearby; you have to drive a few kilometers to find one. We'll definitely be back!

I specifically came to see the Dianshan Lake fireworks show, and Aloft was definitely the best spot! Compared to the Sheraton next door, Aloft offers outstanding value for money. The rooms are new and the facilities are modern. The lake view rooms offer an expansive view, allowing you to enjoy the entire fireworks display immersively without even leaving your room. The fireworks show itself was incredibly spectacular. As a side note for everyone: the lake-view tables at the Sheraton's Chinese restaurant were fully booked on fireworks night, so if you want a window seat, be sure to book well in advance. The food was delicious and worth trying. I personally saw many friends drive there, and the roads by the lake were severely congested. They were stuck in traffic for two or three hours each way, enduring the summer heat, which was really tough. Choosing to stay at a hotel eliminates the hassle of long-distance traffic jams, allowing you to comfortably watch the fireworks in air-conditioned comfort. All things considered, the value for money is exceptional. If you want to comfortably and conveniently watch the fireworks show, Aloft should be your first choice. The experience is absolutely top-notch, highly recommended!

This hotel is absolutely amazing, it gives you such a comfortable and relaxed feeling! My kids loved it so much they didn't want to go home. The fireworks show at night was also great, and you could even see it from the room! Olivia at the front desk was incredibly warm, patient, and thorough, which really put me at ease.

This stay exceeded my expectations, definitely five stars! The hotel is clean and refreshing overall. The bathroom is dry/wet separated with no water stains or dust, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The soundproofing is also good; I slept very soundly at night. The front desk was quick with check-in and check-out. Front desk staff member Olivia, in particular, had a gentle attitude and responded promptly to requests. I would definitely come back if I have the chance!
