Pros: bed and shower room were clean, jasmine tea was the best that I have tasted, scent of the shower cream and shampoo made me wanted to keep them for myself, the location was good ,breakfast has more variety than the others. Cons: no closet to hang my clothes or tower Conclusion: I was really satisfied and enjoyed the stay and would surely recommend it to all of my friends.

Value for money. 2nd night stay in this hotel travel from Lijiang to Kunming. We check in late night and surrounding still have many restaurants and fruits stall still open. Very good Chinese breakfast and tea time is good for us before we travel to airport. We have requested to have room not face to main room. Even though is for 2 single beds but we have good sleep during the whole night without any noise from outside. Beds is comfortable and the room is clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Will come back this hotel when I travel to Kunming.

Traveled and used hotels in many places. But I've never been as impressed as I was at ibis Kunming Nanping Pedestrian Street. The receptionist who took care of me on the afternoon of December 11th took very good care of me. I walked up to the room and inquired about it myself. Does the room smell? Is it comfortable to stay? We just gave a little feedback and the staff offered to change rooms immediately. Make every service easy. The welcome fruit was wonderful.

Me and my friend like it very much. Clean and comfy. The location is strategic, walking distance (about 5-10mins walking distance from Kunmimg railway station), easily access to taxi, near to 翠湖，南屏步行街，昆明老街，黄公东街 (about 10 mins distance by car). The room is control by the smart system (华住). Laundry service and drying is provided free to all the guests of the hotel. Somemore, there is detergent, iron and iron board, laundry bag, laundry basket etc available if you prefer handwash. The reception is friendly and polite. They also provide free storage of luggages for their guests once you checked out and want to go for city walk or others.

Facilities: Very complete, and every detail is designed very well! Hygiene: clean, tidy, no peculiar smell ~ great experience! Environment: It's about four minutes' drive from South Railway Station. There are schools nearby, so it's quiet! Service: Excellent! Especially the front desk, the service is considerate - helping to pick up the boxes. The itinerary was confirmed one day in advance, and we were thoughtfully asked if it was a special anniversary and what room arrangements we had. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, the front desk service made us feel very warm. My husband was full of praise! If I come back in the future, I will definitely stay here again~

Price reduction for holiday decorations: During the Spring Festival holiday during my stay, the hotel wished that every piece of glass had a decoration with the word ”Fu” on it, as well as plastic fake flowers bought from an unknown market in the lobby. The tonality of a boutique hotel is like an urban and rural guest house. No matter how good the hardware and design are, it cannot support the aesthetics of the management team. Less is more. I suggest that the hotel team find an aesthetic floral shop or design shop for future decorations. The front desk of the gym is similar to the one on the street corner. There is no need to just buy a vase in a coffee shop, put two roses in it, and have some non-aesthetic decoration with some baby's breath. 2. Catering: As a resort hotel, everyone wants to stay and eat in the hotel. The only all-day restaurant open for dinner is a self-service price of 198, which is useless. The breakfast is the same as most domestic star hotels. It has no special features, and the taste and memory are average. I ordered it. It’s a bit eye-opening for a basic egg roll chef in an average-star hotel to cut the ingredients freshly. Fortunately, the service is generally good. I suggest that the chef team can redesign the catering. Not too many, just add one or two things that are memorable to the hotel. There are many meetings.

A big part of a good holiday experience is the hotel you stay in. This is one of the best hotels we have experienced whilst travelling through Yunnan. From the customer relations girls at reception to the cleaning ladies, Mengjin group staff excels in providing warm, friendly service to all their guests. Location is perfect for first time visitors to Kunming, you get to experience the old and the new just a short walk away. The hotel has exceptional standards with quality furnishings and bedding. Rooms are well appointed, the bed is comfortable and the soundproofing is fantastic. Breakfast is a limited choice of noodles but it is sumptuous and fulfilling. I especially like the coffee machine where you can get unlimited quality coffee anytime you want. We stayed at Moon Shine when we arrived and at this hotel Moon Shy before departing. Will definitely look out for this group's other outlets and will definitely stay here again! Thank you to the service staff for being so helpful, kind and caring. Special mention to housekeeping auntie who washed my socks ❤️. No 6 star hotel will ever give you that warmth.

Excellent location. Was just 5-10min walk to Kunming station Hotel was clean but you can tell was dated. Nowhere as well-kept as the Jinjiang Classique hotel at The Bund, Shanghai I stayed. Family Room I booked was actually two bedrooms with connecting doors. Cute layout for kids. :D Food was ok. Nothing to rave about.
