We feel truly sorry and remorseful for the inconvenience caused to you.Regarding the issues you mentioned, including the cumbersome item borrowing process, deposit requirement for umbrella rental, unreasonable pillow arrangement, lack of exclusive honeymoon amenities, unstable water temperature of the water heater, sensor malfunction in the parking lot, and unsatisfactory bellman service, we have immediately arranged all relevant departments to conduct a comprehensive review and rectification.We will optimize the guest item borrowing procedure, standardize the pillow configuration in guest rooms, inspect and repair all hardware facilities, strictly implement bellman greeting and escort service, as well as exclusive care arrangements for honeymoon guests.
