Good location but room condition normal only no tiolet bowl.

Check in process was very smooth. The receptionist was very helpful. Our room has been upgraded for free. Recommended👍🏻

Bathing area was dreadful, water leaked out into the room and the rain shower head was splashed water everywhere! The toilet was a squatter and if you never had done it, you not gonna take a dump easily.

i have paid this hotel the reception guy said this hotel are not accept foreigner to stay at the hotel and tell me that trip.com will refund my money back. it was terrible experience while in Kunming since we are late at the midnight to check in but cannot stay at tge hotel. PLEASE TRIP.COM to do not promote this hotel and deleted it on this app.
