Overall, it's pretty good, with standout advantages. The environment is elegant, perfect for a stroll in the garden. There are also many good restaurants nearby, including a Yunnan restaurant right at the entrance that's been open for over 20 years. Suggestions: The Wi-Fi signal could be stronger. Additional perks: Self-service coffee and tea, Hanfu experience, and an 80% discount on all 'Dynamic Yunnan' show tickets.

A very quaint and charming hotel! We were traveling with our child and had originally booked a family room, but the front desk staff kindly upgraded us to a suite for free, which was very comfortable and put us at ease. The hotel has a buffet, and Yunzhuang Restaurant next door also has good food, so dining is super convenient! The hotel is not far from Mixc City, perfect for taking kids to explore. When we checked out, they even gave our child a small gift. We'll definitely stay here again next time! ❤️

This Chinese courtyard hotel is an absolute gem! The buildings with their white walls and dark tiled roofs are beautifully arranged, with a gently flowing stream in the middle. It's so peaceful despite being in a lively area, creating an amazing ambiance. The room even thoughtfully provides a direct-drinking water dispenser, which is super convenient for staying hydrated. The tea room area is also very stylish; sipping tea and enjoying the sun by the window was the most therapeutic part of my trip. Highly recommend!

This hotel is truly excellent, from the service attitude to the quality of the bedding, everything was top-notch. It happened to be my boyfriend's birthday on the day we checked in, and the staff even brought a small cake, which was incredibly thoughtful.

Hygiene: Very clean, our room was tidied up and amenities replenished daily. Environment: Quiet. When we arrived, the room next door was very noisy, and the front desk quickly moved us to a different room. Service: Definitely five-star! All the staff we encountered were excellent. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Kunming! I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Kunming!

The ambiance is stunning and incredibly charming; I bet it's even prettier in spring and summer. I didn't want to leave and will definitely be back – highly recommend to everyone! The breakfast spread is fantastic, and the staff are all so thoughtful and attentive. It felt like being looked after by my own sisters back home. It's been a bit chilly these past couple of days with big temperature swings between day and night, so make sure to dress warmly if you're coming.

We communicated in advance that my elderly parents have some mobility issues and needed a low-floor room. The front desk arranged convenient, adjoining rooms right next door, which made it super easy for us to look after them. They even specifically chose rooms close to the stairs. For breakfast, they offered soft congee and light stir-fried dishes, which was perfect. It's a hotel with a unique charm, offering a tranquil escape in a bustling area – very pleasant. The staff proactively helped my parents with tea and thoughtfully pointed out which dishes were suitable for older guests, giving them options. The cleanliness was excellent, and the most thoughtful amenity was the direct-dispense water dispenser in the room, both hygienic and convenient.

The environment is very comfortable and has a lovely Chinese aesthetic. They even offer free clothing for photo opportunities! The room itself is excellent. It's conveniently located near the airport and train station, and just a 15-minute ride to the old town. Highly recommend!

You even worried I hadn't eaten and bought me food – so incredibly heartwarming! I also want to give a big shout-out to Miss Xiao Jie for contacting me at a crucial moment, helping me hail a taxi, and patiently assisting me with various issues on my phone. And thank you, Mr. Old Zhao, for helping me with my luggage. When I felt completely helpless, every single person at the hotel's front desk was so supportive. Even a friend I met at the embassy commented on how excellent my hotel's service was, as he had to handle everything by himself. Honestly, I was quite scared at the time because I lost my passport and was left alone in a foreign country. But every front desk staff member I encountered was so kind and willing to help, just like friends. It was truly heartwarming – a blessing in disguise. What surprised me even more were the details: upon check-out, I received a souvenir inscribed with "May your future be splendid," along with Kunming-themed metal stamp cultural products, which truly tucked the warmth of the journey into my bag. The wooden furniture and ink wash decorations in the room exuded Chinese charm, the bedding was so soft I fell asleep the moment my head hit the pillow, and the service was just right – attentive without being overbearing, even providing hand-drawn routes to small, lesser-known local eateries nearby. Staying here isn't just "staying in a hotel"; it's a truly "immersive getaway." Next time I'm in Kunming, this will be my "go-to spot," and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat in the city!
