The front desk offered us a room upgrade, a pleasant service. But yet, the hotel is in a badly maintained condition and towels and linens could be seen stacked up at the ends of the corridor. Stains could be seen on the bedding.

Address info is incomplete. Taxi drivers wouldn't know exactly where the hotel is, even when called, still they have trouble. If you can't speak the language, it's definitely a trouble.

The hotel staff were all set and ready though I arrived early in the morning. Close to a nearby town and the rest was all good.

Just so so. Nothing fancy. The taxi pickup was kinda weird, they wouldn't tell until you reach there airport.
Taxi pickup service is the best thing there.
