I have stayed here several times. The hotel park has a good environment and is close to the Dianchi Dam. Remember to take a taxi to the "Yijing Building" front desk of the hotel when checking in, otherwise it will take a long time to walk through the huge garden.

It's an old hotel with outdated equipment and good service. Reservations at the front desk are cheaper than on the platform. The supporting facilities are complete. It's suitable for business meetings but not suitable for self-occupancy.

酒店環境超好，而且院子大，都是兩三層的小樓，密度低，所以超級安靜，還好停車，離海埂大壩又很近，真的是鬧中取靜，喂海鷗太合適了，雖然房間裝修設施有點老，但是很乾凈，而且很大，早餐沒吃上，家人説很好吃，服務員都很熱情有禮，因為通知錯時間沒吃上早餐，知道後還送了小朋友小禮物，又道歉，讓人很舒心～

房間是躍層不錯就在怡景樓總枱這棟樓，提前打電話可以預訂提前入住房間，周圍環境也不錯，很大很安靜，適合家庭入住，房間衞生間兩個，洗漱品上下樓都有，礦泉水管夠。還客氣的送了手工皂還有擦手巾和特色杯墊。讓顧客的我很暖心。客服前台都很熱情。唯一要説一點就是早餐真的需要改進了，跟酒店的檔次早餐不匹配呢。品種不多，選擇性不夠。其他方面沒問題，到海埂大壩1公里左右，到雲南民族村和海埂公園滇池邊需要2.5公里左右，走路鍛鍊去也可以的。打車也就10幾塊錢。

賓館有些年頭了，設施比較老舊，洗澡的調温設施比較複雜，有熱水和冷水兩個開關，水温也不太穩定，估計小孩自己沒法洗澡。沒有中央空調，是掛機，我們沒開空調，但別的房間的空調外機嗡嗡作響，幸虧我帶了耳塞。
賓館由好幾棟樓組成，環境不錯，因為我喜歡園林式的賓館，所以選擇了這家，晚上到的時候，出租車一時找不着前台在哪棟樓。園林式賓館的好處就是遠離馬路，不會受到交通噪聲的影響。這家賓館距離海埂大壩也比較近，走路的話，大概20分鐘以內。
賓館的管理比較規範，工作人員很熱情，服務周到，退按金也很快。但是連馬桶套都不是免費的，有點小氣。早餐也一般，就那樣吧。

環境非常好，一個大院子，絕對安全。房間條件不錯，衞生間乾淨，晚上也很安靜。交通便利，去海梗大壩較為方便，周邊有兩家飯館味道很好。就是地毯有些舊了，估計衞生不易打掃。
