酒店離海埂大壩2公里，出門酒店到正街，左轉直走到底就到了。房間周圍環境清幽安靜，房間內部設施較陳舊，但衞生尚可。停車很方便，但由於有外來培訓人員，車輛停放較多。酒店大堂和服務人員熱情，還送了歡迎水果，贊一個。

離滇池，雲南民族村近，尤其是雲南民族村，走路即到，到滇池需要走十幾分鍾。早餐簡單，房間寬敞，床很大，房間裏的水是4.5升的礦泉水。洗澡水是地熱水，設施有點老舊。酒店是個療養院，很大，空氣很好，院子裏允許放煙花。

酒店安靜，環境好，設施較陳舊，有一個房間空調滴水無法使用，服務員積極調房解決。周邊飯館購物較遠，不太方便。整體還是較滿意，值得再次入住

最差的一次酒店入住！本來對大單位的療養酒店充滿希望，主要想體驗一下房車酒店，沒想到預訂的酒店傍晚6點多居然不能入住，説是沒打掃、要等一個多小時才可以。接待人員全程冷臉，交涉後説已經沒有其它可以替換的房車房間，要不等一個多小時打掃完、要不換到酒店標間（不是房車），哪有傍晚近7點還不能入住的酒店？要住標間哪裡不能住？就這樣的情況連一個真誠的道歉都不給？要求請領導出來溝通，一開始説領導下班了。一再要求下，總算請出了一個領導，問了半天還是這兩個方案。憤怒之下向攜程投訴，攜程方面態度非常好，給出了真誠的道歉，並承諾會給出解決方案。在耗了半個多小時之後，在又累又餓的情況下，衹能入住了標間。雖然酒店後來道了歉、送了水果，但這樣的體驗太差了！第二天早上在酒店逛了一圈，發現雖然有不少房車，但不像有人能住的樣子，標間床頭櫃上擺放的物品真不知道這酒店到底做的啥生意。

酒店本來應該很不錯的，園林設計。但是可能他們主要是療養院，酒店部分是附帶的？各方面感覺是可以做得更好，但是目前應該衹有2-3 星。水池裡水都綠了，都是藍藻。
食物簡單，選擇不多。但是感覺很衞生健康。
房間很大，住得很舒服。可以是4星。就是沒有經營好。服務員態度都很好。但是很多對業務都不熟。
酒店並不在水邊，但是靠近民族村，滇池。
總的感覺就是可惜了。
