JI Hotel (Kunming Haile World Guangfu Road)

I have to give a huge shout-out to the entire staff at the Ji Hotel Kunming Haile World Guangfu Road! Their service is incredibly attentive; they've thought of everything from guiding us during check-in to anticipating our daily needs. It's truly considerate and heartwarming. They're also super efficient – quick to respond and resolve any issues without delay or perfunctory treatment. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The staff is professional yet so friendly. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming!

First of all, the bedding was not changed and there were two hairs under the pillow. I called the front desk, and the lady at the front desk gave me a bag of snacks and helped me change a full set of bedding. Her service attitude was very good. But what’s hard to comment on is that I woke up the next day and found that the window was leaking (probably leaking at the seam) and I happened to put my suitcase next to the window... Fortunately, it didn’t rain heavily at night and it didn’t get wet. In short, as a newly opened Four Seasons Hotel, the hygiene issues are not well addressed, the hardware facilities are not up to standard, and the home experience is not good. It is not recommended for staying here.

It should be a newly opened hotel, so the people in the hotel handled the problem very unprofessionally I encountered someone upstairs dragging a stool in the middle of the night. It lasted until 2 a.m. The hotel staff went up to communicate with me three times but still couldn't solve the problem. They also asked me to change rooms in the middle of the night. Seriously affects sleep The soundproofing problem of this hotel is a problem Everything else is good Surprisingly, the lady who cooked rice noodles in the restaurant was enthusiastic and enthusiastic from the bottom of her heart. The service from the bottom of her heart gave people a very warm feeling in the morning.

I have stayed here many times in the past month and was satisfied with most of them, except this time. We checked in after 11 o'clock and didn't get any night souvenirs. The male waiter volunteered to press the elevator button, but the button didn't go directly to the floor. I pressed one more floor, but the elevator was under renovation late at night. I was scared. I had to go back to the first floor and press other elevators. The male waiter was nowhere to be found. I was already exhausted and it took more effort to rest early. I redeemed my points for a late check-out until 2 o'clock, but the staff called me at 10 o'clock and 11 o'clock to ask if I wanted a late check-out. The lack of communication from the staff affected my rest and mood. Everything else is pretty good, and it's safer and more hygienic to stay at All Seasons.

As soon as the bathroom was opened, there was a smell of urine. I flushed it with the shower twice but the smell could not be removed. It must have been wiped with a dirty towel or mop. The waitress delivered fruit and knocked on the door. Someone inside answered the door, but she continued knocking outside. Then she swiped her card and came in. We opened the door when she swiped her card. This fruit must be given as a gift...

The hotel is newly opened, the location is average, and the nearby facilities need to be improved. The room I booked had a bad smell as soon as I entered the door. I don't know if it was a cleaning problem. After reporting it to the front desk, I asked for the odor to be removed, but they immediately changed the room and solved the problem very quickly.
