The room was very clean, and the toilet was a smart bidet. It was also very quiet at night, perfect for a good rest.

The room was very clean and not far from Kunming South Railway Station. The only downsides were that the soundproofing wasn't great – I could hear people walking by in the hallway quite clearly – and there was no desk in the room 🥹. Otherwise, everything else was pretty good.

The room is smart and very clean. The landlady is warm and patient, and there's an elevator. It's just that the room is too small; I haven't stayed in such a tiny hotel room in a long time, haha. It's very convenient to find places to eat nearby.

The hotel's location is very close to Kunming South Station, about a 20-minute walk. We booked it here because we were taking a bus for a day trip to Fuxian Lake, and the next day there was a direct high-speed train to Mile, which was very convenient. Downstairs, there's an excellent breakfast place that we ate at for two consecutive days. The surrounding area is a very new residential complex with low occupancy and few people, so it's quite quiet. There are small restaurants and supermarkets readily available. The room was excellent, and the owner was fantastic, upgrading our room type. All the facilities in the room were brand new, as it's a hotel that just opened in 2025. It's very smart, and the shower had strong water pressure and was easy to adjust the temperature. Honestly, I couldn't find any faults with anything.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Kunming South Station. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making shopping and dining very convenient. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, clean, and hygienic. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the air conditioning, hot water, and Wi-Fi all work perfectly.

The place was clean and tidy, with smart facilities. Since we were heading out and didn't have time to pick up our luggage, the owner very kindly delivered it to the train station for us, which saved us a lot of time. What a pleasant trip! A kind owner.

Decent stay at Yundu hotel, 10 min walk from the metro and 10min walk from the railway station. No one was at reception when we arrived and we waited for about 5 mins until someone showed up Rooms were comfortable and clean, restaurants and convenience stores walking distance.

The hotel is super close to Kunming South High-Speed Railway Station, about a 6-minute Didi ride away, making it very convenient for a day trip to Xishuangbanna. The owner is also very friendly, and the room is huge.

The environment is very clean, the service is excellent, and the overall hotel experience is superb. The room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. The location is convenient, close to the South Station, making it easy to get around and find places to eat nearby. It offers great value for money, and I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

Great location, very close to the high-speed train station. Excellent value for money, with affordable prices and complete facilities, making for a comfortable stay. Plus, free parking! I'm very satisfied with this stay, it's awesome!

The room is small but has everything you need. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works great, and they offer free drop-off service to the station. The downside is that the projector's picture quality is very blurry, but if you don't plan on using it, then it's not an issue.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It's brand new, so everything is clean and in perfect condition. The location is incredibly convenient—only a 10-minute walk from the railway station with no complicated transfers. For the price, it's the first hotel near the station that feels safe, clean, and honestly a great value. I felt completely comfortable staying there for a night and would definitely book again.
