The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had no strange odors, and there was plenty of hot water. I've stayed at this hotel once before, and last night was my second time. We arrived quite late, but the front desk staff, Yuma and Claire, were still energetic and greeted us with warm smiles. We booked a connecting family room, and it was very clean. The hotel's service was excellent, and the breakfast was quite good too. I had their rice noodles every morning. Wanda Plaza is downstairs, which was very convenient for us as we took taxis every day for sightseeing. It's also only 15 minutes from the high-speed train station. I stayed at this upscale city hotel in Kunming and was impressed by the attentive service from the front desk staff throughout my stay – it truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to a bustling commercial area, making it very convenient for getting around. The lobby design is grand and impressive. On the day we checked in, the lobby was quite busy. While the bellhops were occupied assisting other guests and handling luggage, the front office manager immediately stepped in, enthusiastically took our bags, and personally escorted us to our room. Most hotel guests these days order takeout, but this hotel doesn't have robots, and delivery drivers aren't allowed to deliver directly to the room. They have to leave orders on the first floor, which is really inconvenient. On top of that, the takeout locker was broken, and the front desk did nothing about it. My order was just left inside, and no one would help me. They insisted I tell them which locker it was in, but the delivery driver put it there according to their instructions. The gentleman managing the takeout lockers at this hotel was very unhelpful and unwilling to solve the problem for a customer. The hotel's takeout process is extremely inconvenient.
