非常適合我中轉的住宿。到哪裡都方便。出門200多米就是地鐵口，去各景區都方便。距老街太近啦。衞生環境也好。很寂靜。鬧中靜。實際上酒店就是昆明百貨大樓後樓。衹有一點遺憾，沒看到賣蔬菜的。總之，如果下次再來，還住這裏。

唯一的優勢就是站着位置好，出行方便。
其他的要啥沒啥，這一棟樓全是公寓酒店，各種名字，這一家大堂就囊括了三個酒店，體驗感級差。床單是進房間後要求重新換的！枕頭那個贓的！晚上睡覺都有一股煙味串過來！下次一定要看地址，新世紀公寓這邊全是亂七八糟的酒店，不好不好！還三百八

新開業的環境比較新，住宿也很舒適。
門口有一家米線店特別好吃，還有一家鹵肉店裡麪的牛肉也超級超級好吃。每天都有人排隊，一直到賣完。
地點非常的棒，在市中心走哪都特別方便。推薦去撫仙湖。很美，可以做小帆船比較刺激。

出行南屏街很方便，下樓就是各種吃的，玩的。酒店裡環境也可以的。房間裏面很乾凈，雖然周邊就是小吃街但是晚上很安靜，投屏清晰。

地理位置不錯，昆明市中心，步行街人流湧動很是熱鬧，周邊小吃琳琅滿目，品種繁多，酒店整體來説還是挺不錯的，乾淨衞生，唯一一個缺點就是沒有空調，問工作人員，他們説當時酒店設計就不能裝空調，他們也挺無奈的，但作為四季如春的昆明也不傷大雅，吹吹自然風也挺舒服哈😊
