Nice and clean hotel, staff were very helpfull.
Located in relatively near Ciremai mountain, you can see it clearly.

Big room,. Need improvememt for breakfast, due to limitation of food choice and like egg not available anymore.
Staff very helpful. They carried our bags from 1st floor to 2nd floor which is without lift and they provided our request quickly (e.g. sent tableware to our room).
Besides that, you can order food from grage lanai resort.

The rooms are spacious. Good.
The breakfast wasn't very tasty.
Over all the room is comfortable, but the blanket smells, the AC doesn't cool...

Very impressed with the service at breakfast, at that time there was a group of students & it was very busy, but there was a gentleman (sorry I forgot to ask your name) who found & provided 2 seats along with 2 cups of hot tea. The first time I went there, I didn't expect the room to be that good, but when I stayed there, there were a few things that were missing...
First, the air conditioner was leaking, then the sink was clogged.. The variety for breakfast food didn't have many choices.. the wheel bed was dislodged... for the rest, all the facilities were okay... got a free waterboom too.. spacious room, bathroom + clean toilet... the location is also strategic... the pkk doesn't regret booking there..

I would say nothing special about this hotel except its restaurant across the street - this restaurant has an excellent vibe, great view and delicious food. Rooms and facilities is a standard but having 2 pools (indoor and outdoor) is worth mentioning. When I stayed and look for a coffee - restaurant chairs was folded and only when I asked someone, they gave me list of drinks near the pool that provided me limited option.

This was my first experience staying at Grage Sangkan Hurip Resort and Spa, Mr.Edu the owner from Java Private Tour recommended this place to me, I admit this can be said to be one of the best hotels in Kuningan, West Java, the facilities are quite complete, the Aquamedic pool always makes me want to come back to this place, the natural hot water swimming pool really makes me relax, the location is a bit inside the village road, and that is what I like it because the environment is not noisy, the rooms are quite spacious, the parking lot is large, and this is a suitable place for refreshing with family.
