Location is very good and staff is very nice. She also call to check if she can make a reservation for us at the famous Tonkatsu Restaurant. The room is new and so clean. They also offer the breakfast for free. The atmosphere around hotel is great too.

I am satisfied with my stay. The room was in a good condition but as others have mentioned, you can’t open the window.  The breakfast included is acceptable given the price of the hotel.

The location is the best haha. You can eat right next to Ginza Street.
There's a lot to see. There's a lot of *****tores and donkeys. Plus, the breakfast is free and the drink bar is free, so it's nice.
First of all, breakfast was quite delicious.
Is the parking lot a partner company? You can park right next to it and get a parking ticket. If you go there, they will give you a discount coupon for 1,000 yen per day. These days, it seems like all parking fees are separate.
The cleanliness is quite good. Although it is small, it is not bad. I am willing to stay again next time.

It is close to Kumamoto Castle and the shopping and business district. The service staff are very professional and attentive, making people feel at home. The breakfast is simple but you can experience local cuisine. It is worth recommending.

The double room is relatively spacious, but the facilities are really average. The hotel is in a good location, in the city center. The breakfast quality is not very good, there is basically nothing to eat. Inexpensive and cost-effective

The location is good, the famous fried pork cutlet restaurant - Seungryetei is nearby
Both the up and down routes are within walking distance and cost-effective!
For self-driving guests, there is no parking lot in the hotel itself.
But there are several cooperative parking lots. The cheaper ones take 5-10 minutes to walk.
