We have booking 2 room, 1 under my name another 1 under my husband name which is baruk very dirty as photo, is quite disappointing is worth the price we staying.

We all enjoyed it. It was relaxing. The delivery at check-in counter can be further improved.

The hotel is past its prime. Maintenance is required as the rooms and facilities need serious attention. My room alone had a faulty hot water tap, no internet, bad TV signal, scuff marks everywhere, rusty coloured water when you first turned the tap on, etc etc etc. the location was good but if you stay in one of the chalets beware you will not have internet access in your room. Breakfast was okay, staff were okay but could be more friendly especially in the restaurant.

Overall it was a nice stay. The hotel is in a perfect location and it’s very cosy and peaceful. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. I was accommodated in a nice room with a pool and sea view. Faiz Haslan has also shared some information about the places to visit around, which was very helpful. Breakfasts were very nice, and there was a good food variety. Chinese New Year Eve’s dinner was excellent, great food variety and delicious. It would be good to have wifi available in the room and not only in the public areas.

This is a classic older hotel. The biggest highlight is definitely the great views and relaxing atmosphere, especially the balcony area which is very comfortable and offers excellent scenery. We stayed in a triple room. The room itself felt quite old, and the facilities clearly showed their age. As for cleanliness, it was a case of 'looks okay on the surface, but the details are lacking.' For instance, there were some less-than-clean marks on the sheets, and while the towels had clearly been washed, their dark color wasn't ideal. The bathroom's cleanliness was also just average; not overtly dirty, but not meticulously clean either. Overall, the hotel's strong points are its views and location. However, there's room for improvement regarding the room's hardware and the detailed cleanliness. It's best suited for guests who prioritize scenic views and are less sensitive about the age of the accommodations.

The staff were friendly and the service was good. However, the cleanliness of the room could be improved.

Room was spacious and clean. Just that the furniture is old and need a replacement. No bottle water inside the room but they provide jug to get the water from the water filter machine outside the room. Breakfast was ok the spread was decent. I

I booked a Standard Hill View King on Chinese New Year Eve, The overall stay is a decent one, was provided with one King size bed and one single size bed, room was equipped with one mini fridge, one kettle and some cups, tissues, TV but the satellite line was bad as TV line appears unstable, small hair dryer, you can refer to photo I posted for amenities and room view, what I showed is all I got. Breakfast wasn't many choice but good enough, they have laksa, kolomee, salad, nasi lemak, bread

Great place to chill and relax for family. The main restaurant food is GREAT. Unexpectedly Great Food. Like the Fish & Chips, Burger also good. Only the Pizza a bit low standard compare to all. There is a 7-11 at the Heritage building next door. There is a secret passage to walk over there. :) worth going for rest and relax. Enjoyed our time there.

Definitely will come again despite of friendliness of staffs, nice scenery and clean compound.
