Take Note , they only give 1 access card . Where car park require the access card to enter the lift area , and lift require access card to reach ur floor , and the apartment require access card to connect the electricity . I got family with 4 persons , if I want to go down card park to take something , I need to bring the access card and the apartment will not have electricity. So , 4 of us go down together and go up together again . Because there is only 1 access card given. 🙄

For me, Imperial Suites Serviced Apartment Kuching is in a very convenient location, especially since it’s close to Boulevard Shopping Mall and other nearby shops, so it’s easy for me to find food, groceries, and anything I need. I like that everything is within short distance, so it feels more lively compared to staying far from the city. The apartment-style setup is also nice because it’s more spacious and suitable if I’m staying longer or with family. The room is big, very nice, and really comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place for me, especially because of the easy access to shopping and daily essentials.

Bad service and dirty, wall fall of

The sanitation is too bad. I booked a room for five nights and was asked to change rooms on the second night. The reason was that they were going to receive Indonesian guests. I am really dissatisfied. Not recommended!!!

5 star all the way. Excellent apartment. Spacious. Gym, sauna, steam room, pool. Really great. Massive mall in the same building. Food court and shops and pharmacy and groceries and the rest, and more. Loved it.

Unfortunately, the photos on the site didn’t match our expectations. As a first timer booking here, it wasn’t so good. This one room suite is fine for a 1 night stay but it is very small/tight to move. In the details there’s stated dining room/washing machine but the room was super tiny that the original facilities are already packed. Wifi didn’t work the whole night. The staff was quick to check but after that it still didn’t work so end up having to buy data to do work which was the reason for staying the night. The room was a bit dusty when i came too. There is no free parking for 1 night stay as told when checking in, so limited access card given (no access to parking space). Would probably not book this type of room again next time. A bit too below expectation. Would definitely ask more questions before booking next time, cannot trust photos given blindly.

Not yet check in, because no consideration. We come from Sibu, at 12.20 midnite, tapi tidak dilayan booking already made at 9pm. Heavy raining from Sibu sampai Kuching. Delay sampai. Duit burn mcmtu saja.
