When I heard of this place, I went to YouTube to see any reviews for it and see how it looks like. On the day itself when I booked in, I am AWE how nice the place is and spacious it is, it’s looks so nice and worth to stay at the place. Booked the one bedroom premier, I gotten the highest level , the view from the living room and bedroom, I could see the KL tower, looks near but actually abit distance though. The swimming pool is nice and good too. It’s worth to stay for few days even for a day, it’s near to KLCC and walkable to W hotel as well.

Our 2nd time here but our first staying in 2 bedroom suite. Really love the space, style and view. Full kitchenette with washer dryer. Something to improve is the quality of the pillows. It's too soft, not so comfortable. Taking lift can take some time if it has stop on every other floor. To go carpark, need to change lift at lobby. A little inconvenient. Now the hotel is very much known and very crowded during this stay.

My recent visit to Renaissance Kuala Lumpur was for a short staycation following new year holiday. Being the Platinum Bonvoy member, the hospitalities that I received were top notch, especially from the front office team, lead by Hazura (Zura) and supported by Bernice, Hami, Khalis and Khadijah. Check in process was super smooth as it was handled very well by Zura. Room design is per standard modern design 5 * Star hotel, with some fresh interior look. Suite room was spacious with a decent living / TV area. The standard king Bed room is also good, with sofa bed provided. The plus point for this hotel, of course being the talk of the town, it's huge pool and playground areas for kids! To family with kids, this is a great hotel to stay considering their pool and playground areas are one of a kind. Plenty of water slides at the pool, also spacious playground area available with rock climbing activities (chargeable and prior booking is required for rock climbing). In summary, I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a short staycation closer to KLCC area. Thanks very much to the following Front Office Staffs for the hospitalities during our stay. To Zura, thanks very much for your kindness and great help during our stay, not to forget, Hami, Bernice, Khalis and Khadijah. See you again soon!

The location was not bad, around 5 minutes walk will reach a monorail station, 10 minutes will be able to reach Pavilion Mall. Free parking was available for the cars, and plenty of lots was available even around the Christmas day, so no worries for those who drives. Just remember to get an QR code from the receptionist before exiting. They do provide complimentary breakfast every morning. I stayed for 3 days, first morning was kind of bad, everything was very cold and not refilled on time and empty food trays could be seen. Second morning was better. Taste wise, not very authentic, Nasi Lemak taste like normal rice. But since it’s complimentary, better than nothing I guess. And remember to get the toothbrush kit from the receptionist, they only gave you upon request.

Trip.com stated 5* hotel but Google map stated 4*. Some personal feedback: Pros: ‼️ Location, location and location - While everywhere was jammed during countdown eve, the Grab driver was shocked our location was sooo smooth. From KLCC back to hotel was a breeze. ‼️ Water was refilled daily 👍 Cons: ❌ No bar fridge 😱 ❌ Phone was spoilt ❌ Office chair cushion literally sink in when seated omg. ❌ Hot water erratic and rain shower anyhow splash ❌ Noise - No way to sleep when someone is showering. Overall, breakfast was decent standard will likely stay here again in my next stay but hopefully not 20 years later. Cheers.

The location a short distance from the KL city centre and approx 15-20 mins from Chinatown. Upon check in there is a holding fee approx $150 AUD, we had no breakfast included. The hotel lobby is constant and busy and lifts can take awhile as the infinity pool is on level 51. We stayed on 23A the room was incredibly roomy, access to streaming services and beds / pillows so comfortable. There is no room service, however it’s easy enough to have food delivered. OMG the best part of the hotel is the infinity with the gorgeous view - at night the Petronas Tower light up like diamonds in the sky.

I was booked Room C, ended I been arranged to Room B, which is small compared to the picture , and no view which I saw in the trip.com, and toilet a bit smelly, and it’s was difficult to get in contact the person to check in, I was waited around 30mins to get the key. Super cool apartment with a crazy view, panoramic windows and high ceilings, and there are also two balconies! We really liked it and recommend it to everyone. We were on the 26th floor overlooking the city and mountains, very beautiful and close to the center. There is a swimming pool on the 35th floor overlooking the Petronans Towers. You definitely can't go wrong if you choose these devices! We took a two-room bedroom and kitchen-living room. Didn't want to leave)
