Very good location. Direct access to Imbi monorail station for any transfer to LRT and MRT. Very convenient to go anywhere. Shopping at Berjaya Times Square is just doorstep. Taking Grab to attractions and other shopping mall faster and not expensive. Staff are very friendly. Snacks provided every day is an extra bonus services to stay in the Premier Room.

Everything was good except the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. Found the bedsheet with black stains and even got a part similar like a shoe mark. Only found it when i'm going to sleep during mid night and too tired to make a call to the operator or front desk regarding this. I just tried to use some wet tissue to clean it myself. Since i have been staying in collection club room several times, i've noticed the lounge only served kacang putih and normal beverage. Last time there was at least banana cake served. It seems no staff attending at the lounge.

Impressed by the overall amenities provided within the serviced suite, including the gym. It was perfect for my stay with an infant as it comes with a kitchenette for washing. Kitchen towel roll, dish cleaning detergent was provided. Breakfast spread was decent, not expansive but food was of quality and tasted good!

The room was lovely, well decorated and laid out, and the bed was huge and the mattress comfortable. The pillows were just right - THANK YOU! The central bedside console for controlling the lights and aircon was nifty, though we couldn't work out how to totally dim it at night so had to throw a towel over it. The aircon had several modes which worked really well. All the room anenities were just right - iron, fridge stocked with drinks, gowns, welcoming bowl of fruit. The hotel gave us 3 free pieces of laundry daily, which was very usefulnand much appreciated. The laundry service was expensive - unfortunately par for the course for most hotels - but Hello Laundry, conveniently down the road, offered an excellent alternative service. Free breakfast was included, and the fare was simply amazing (see pics). There was something for everyone, you won't leave feeling hungry! Many chefs were busy preparing right in front of you, the waitstaff buzzed around like bees, and the head chef and manager were ever present. Great personal service, not a single person made us feel unwelcome. The check in service was fluid and welcoming, and the concierge and doormen helpful. Overall, a great stay.

Location is fantastic, very near ICC Pudu. Parking is free but limited. Room size is ok but the toilet is stained very badly. Room is filled with cigarettes smell eventhough it is a non-smoking room. Probably the housekeeping staffs are smoking. No LRT nearby, but got public bus.

The front desk of the hotel is very kind and you can speak clean English normally, so you don't have to worry about communication. At the front desk, he taught me how to use the taxi app-grab and how to make a reservation. Thanks to that, all the movement was grab and easy. It was about 6 minutes walk from LaLaport, close to Central Market and Bukit Bintang by taxi. You can drink 500 PET bottles of water, tea and instant coffee every day in the room. The room also has a refrigerator. I chilled the mango I bought and ate it. However, be careful as toilet paper and bath towels may not be changed unless they are told. There is a supermarket in the building where you can use your credit card, and it is convenient to have canned beer, dry mangoes, nuts, etc. The exchange office in the building is vacant except on Sundays. Clothing is sold on the second floor of the supermarket, but for some reason there were many men's items. There were multiple massage shops on the 1st and 2nd floors, and I went there every day comfortably. In front of the hotel, there are many Chinese restaurants and it is crowded with locals. Fruits are also sold and retailed, and there. I had them eat rambutan, dragon fruit, etc. (Because you can't bring mangostin to the hotel) Right next to the hotel is the ｉｃｃ market, and if you get tired of the hotel rice, you can eat delicious rice here, and local clothes in the basement of this building (light and easy to wear) Is sold cheaply. I want to stay again because the location is excellent.

I had a great stay at Ramada Suites Kuala Lumpur. The staff was welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city. The location was not bad, around 5 minutes walk will reach a monorail station, 10 minutes will be able to reach Pavilion Mall. Free parking was available for the cars, and plenty of lots was available even around the Christmas day, so no worries for those who drives. Just remember to get an QR code from the receptionist before exiting. They do provide complimentary breakfast every morning. I stayed for 3 days, first morning was kind of bad, everything was very cold and not refilled on time and empty food trays could be seen. Second morning was better. Taste wise, not very authentic, Nasi Lemak taste like normal rice. But since it’s complimentary, better than nothing I guess. And remember to get the toothbrush kit from the receptionist, they only gave you upon request.

Have to call the management and they will come down to to lobby to give you access card. Was being told to give a deposit of RM 100 when checking in which was not stated in any of the terms and condition. During check out, was told that RM 10 was being deducted from my deposit for tourist tax. According to Malaysian law, tax was included when booked through online platform. Beware and not to be scam by the management.

Nice suite in a good location. Booked the room for two nights. After checking in at 6 AM I had to change rooms at noon. That was a little bit inconvenient. This hotel doesn't have a front desk. For checking in and checking out you have to call a number and someone is coming 10 to 15 minutes later. When leaving, I was checking out at 5 AM to catch an early flight. I called and waited 20 minutes but nobody came. When I called the number again, the same person, sounding very sleepy answered. He probably fell asleep again after the first call. Finally 15 minutes later somebody came to check me out and return the security deposit.

The facilities are old and there is not enough warm water to take a bath, so someone needs to repair it temporarily. As soon as there was no reception at the store, a group of Indians took us to the room, which felt bad. Fortunately, the Indians responsible for the docking are pretty nice. You get what you pay for. Always more than 500 a night in the CBD, that's it.
