I've been planning to stay at The Majestic Hotel for a long time. Finally we decided to celebrate our 30th Anniversary here. I requested the hotel to decorate our room for this event and they did it. We cherish our special day here with an evening tea set and one of the staff took an effort by giving us slice of Anniversary cake...we do appreciate it. We booked a Governor room which is quite spacious and elegant. The colonial design made us feel that we were back in that time era. We really enjoyed ourselves and glad that we've booked the best hotel to celebrate our special day.

The front desk of the hotel is very kind and you can speak clean English normally, so you don't have to worry about communication. At the front desk, he taught me how to use the taxi app-grab and how to make a reservation. Thanks to that, all the movement was grab and easy. It was about 6 minutes walk from LaLaport, close to Central Market and Bukit Bintang by taxi. You can drink 500 PET bottles of water, tea and instant coffee every day in the room. The room also has a refrigerator. I chilled the mango I bought and ate it. However, be careful as toilet paper and bath towels may not be changed unless they are told. There is a supermarket in the building where you can use your credit card, and it is convenient to have canned beer, dry mangoes, nuts, etc. The exchange office in the building is vacant except on Sundays. Clothing is sold on the second floor of the supermarket, but for some reason there were many men's items. There were multiple massage shops on the 1st and 2nd floors, and I went there every day comfortably. In front of the hotel, there are many Chinese restaurants and it is crowded with locals. Fruits are also sold and retailed, and there. I had them eat rambutan, dragon fruit, etc. (Because you can't bring mangostin to the hotel) Right next to the hotel is the ｉｃｃ market, and if you get tired of the hotel rice, you can eat delicious rice here, and local clothes in the basement of this building (light and easy to wear) Is sold cheaply. I want to stay again because the location is excellent.

Location is fantastic, very near ICC Pudu. Parking is free but limited. Room size is ok but the toilet is stained very badly. Room is filled with cigarettes smell eventhough it is a non-smoking room. Probably the housekeeping staffs are smoking. No LRT nearby, but got public bus.

We had a one-night stay at this hotel before continuing our journey to Johor. This morning we had our breakfast at the Streats Restaurant. The food provided were fried rice, fried noodle, fruits, paratha, sausages, baked potatoes, baked beans, chicken slice and toasts. Coffee and fruit juice also were provided. The taste were just average. However, the smell of the coffee was not nice. I could smell something odd so does my husband. Another disappointment was about sunny side eggs. We were asked to pay RM10 for a set of sunny side. This is ridiculous since the payment we made already include the breakfast. Why do we have to pay extra at the restaurant?

I had a great stay at Ramada Suites Kuala Lumpur. The staff was welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city. Overall, I recommend Ramada Suites Kuala Lumpur for a comfortable stay in the heart of the city. the best part is , walking distance to BUKIT BINTANG and it was so easy to find a food !!

We've stayed here many times, especially over Xmas. In fact, we would have been one of the earliest guests when it first opened. The location is great esp with KL Sentral mrt within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a hiccup after checking in, 2x single beds instead of a double, but it was quickly fixed. Our only criticism is the rooms need to be given an uplift, showing their age. We will be back again.

We love this hotel not only the lication but also their service and facilities as well. We have a very comfortable stay with lovely breakfast spread. Just a 2-min walk away from the famous China and the MRT station. Very convenient to yravel to other place via MRT and of course Grab. The gym has essential work out tools though not many but good enough for a short workout. All are good except the bed is a little too soft and both my friend and I found there isn't good support for our spine actually.... something that 4 points by Sheraton needs to take note of....

We got an excellent deal on our room, we would have stayed longer but when we asked for a price to extend it was double what we paid previously so we changed hotels! But the location is great, just 2 mins into china town, we walked to the patronas towers which only took 40mins, but there is a train station 2 mins from the hotel if youre not keen on walking, everything you need is on the doorstep! lovely clean rooms, it really was great value for money, you get free water refills & there is a kitchen with a kettle, toaster & microwave which comes in really handy! Also check out the roof top bar, especially at sunset, absolutely stunning! All in all great value for money, we would absolutely stay here again!

Tv basic nothing special, wifi Stable, and in a evening a bit noisy due to some guests who think they are living alone ! room with no windows is the best as you avoid noise from outside and you can sleep well ! shower and bath basic . the price is 109 including all taxes at the counter direct booking and not on line! for budget hotel in KL as well clean hotel it's not so easy to find !!! Eco hotel have also a restaurant beside and for budget hotel it's certainly the best option to stay ! Staff helpful and friendly ! a Go Ahead to stay for those want clean and affordable price !

Our stay, although only the 1 night started badly from the moment we arrived. We discovered the hotel has no reception in the lobby. I was instructed to message the host & he would come & meet & greet us. After being kept waiting for 35 minutes I messaged again asking if this is normal & got a reply ”it is for us” then I suggested they shouldn't keep guests waiting to which I received another reply of ”it's called queue, not waiting. I then received a message from a different number who then presented himself to my wife & I which my wife said to her surprise he had been sitting outside opposite her for the past 20 minutes. He then showed us to our room which we found very spacious & quite comfortable. We were then asked for payment which I produced my credit card only to be told cards were not accepted, only cash. Having just flown in from Thailand we were not carrying a lot of local currency on us. What hotel in a large bustling city does not offer credit card facilities. This was a first for us. I then had to proceed in trying to find a nearby ATM without luck. I received numerous messages & calls from the gentleman with him even coming to our room at 10.30pm to collect payment which at this time I explained I hadn't found any so would have to make payment next morning. This is totally unacceptable. The room itself although nice lacked basic amenities which included no soap in the bathroom, only a half roll of toilet tissue which I had to go & buy extra, no bath mat or hand towels, tea or coffee facilities, a TV with no working channels tuned in. Overall our stay was disappointing & I probably wouldn't consider staying here again unless these issues were addressed.

Most awful experience. We did not expect much as it was very cheap but even at low prices we would hope for some standards. We were due to stay for 3 nights but ended up leaving without staying one night. Upon arrival the hotel’s sign outside was broken and flickering and when entering the lobby it was hot and humid and very uncomfortable. We were told we had to pay extra tourist charges and had to pay them for 4 days despite only staying for 3. We were then given our room key, the TV remote and air on remote which both had their batteries taped in place, not a great sign. We then were told to use the lift which said it was broken and under maintenance. When we entered our room it was dark, dirty and damp. Remnants of mould and crumbs from previous guests were every where and the bathroom clearly had not been cleaned. The toilet roll in the bathroom was soggy and there was hair in the toilet and around the shower. We had been travelling for a while before staying here meaning we had stayed in a number of cheap places but nothing this awful. We then decided to leave and booked another hotel having to get a taxi there. We tried to explain the state of the room to the receptionist and ask for a refund, he told us we could have one but only Agoda could sort this for us, this was clearly a lie as Agoda have told us repeatedly that the hotel has to authorise the refund when we spoke to them and the hotel continues to refuse. Agoda told us that when they spoke to the hotel, the hotel said we never informed them of the issues and we left the following day after staying the first night, a complete lie. Honestly the worst stay and customer service ever and a horrible and traumatic experience, especially having to sort another hotel in a large foreign city late into the night. Please avoid this place. If the hotel reads this, please respond so we can sort this as we have still paid for 3 nights that we did not stay despite the staff saying they would refund us.

The homestay was very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable too! The amenities were great. My kids loved the infinity pool whereas my husband and I enjoyed the gym. Checked in the middle of the night. It's a nice hotel. But we need to take the key card from mailbox. It's more to self check in and self check out. No receptionist. There will be a guy who will WhatsApp you the details how to check in and check out by ownself. The room was quite nice. the room bed is soft.
