Pan Pacific Properties in Kuala Lumpur

We had a comfortable stay at Parkroyal Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur in January 2026. The room is spacious for two people, the self contained kitchenette in the room works nicely. We loved that the hotel has a self service laundromat located at floor 1 and we could purchase the laundry tokens from the front desk. The hotel location is one of the best, it is within walking distance to the nearest monorail station (Raja Chulan), quite a number of f&b shops are found nearby and there is a 7 Eleven downstairs which is so convenient. There's also a mini Starbucks coffee booth at the hotel lobby which we can purchase our drinks from. The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple yet satisfying. Thank you for the great stay.

This hotel offers great value for money, with a convenient location close to Pavilion and Jalan Alor. The lounge and infinity pool on the 25th floor boast some pretty good views.

I stayed one night at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur, and it was a genuinely enjoyable experience overall, with a few small quirks. The breakfast was a real highlight for me, there was a great variety, and everything felt well thought out. Even for just one morning, it was the kind of spread you actually look forward to. The bed was super comfortable, which made a difference even on a short stay. I slept really well. I also appreciated the toiletries, they felt more premium than usual and added a nice touch to the room. That said, I did notice a slight smell on the linens. It wasn’t overpowering, but just noticeable enough to take away a bit from an otherwise cosy setup. Overall, a solid one-night stay. Comfortable, well-located, and enjoyable, though a bit more attention to housekeeping details would make it even better.
