When I heard of this place, I went to YouTube to see any reviews for it and see how it looks like. On the day itself when I booked in, I am AWE how nice the place is and spacious it is, it’s looks so nice and worth to stay at the place. Booked the one bedroom premier, I gotten the highest level , the view from the living room and bedroom, I could see the KL tower, looks near but actually abit distance though. The swimming pool is nice and good too. It’s worth to stay for few days even for a day, it’s near to KLCC and walkable to W hotel as well.

Our 2nd time here but our first staying in 2 bedroom suite. Really love the space, style and view. Full kitchenette with washer dryer. Something to improve is the quality of the pillows. It's too soft, not so comfortable. Taking lift can take some time if it has stop on every other floor. To go carpark, need to change lift at lobby. A little inconvenient. Now the hotel is very much known and very crowded during this stay.

My recent visit to Renaissance Kuala Lumpur was for a short staycation following new year holiday. Being the Platinum Bonvoy member, the hospitalities that I received were top notch, especially from the front office team, lead by Hazura (Zura) and supported by Bernice, Hami, Khalis and Khadijah. Check in process was super smooth as it was handled very well by Zura. Room design is per standard modern design 5 * Star hotel, with some fresh interior look. Suite room was spacious with a decent living / TV area. The standard king Bed room is also good, with sofa bed provided. The plus point for this hotel, of course being the talk of the town, it's huge pool and playground areas for kids! To family with kids, this is a great hotel to stay considering their pool and playground areas are one of a kind. Plenty of water slides at the pool, also spacious playground area available with rock climbing activities (chargeable and prior booking is required for rock climbing). In summary, I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a short staycation closer to KLCC area. Thanks very much to the following Front Office Staffs for the hospitalities during our stay. To Zura, thanks very much for your kindness and great help during our stay, not to forget, Hami, Bernice, Khalis and Khadijah. See you again soon!

Trip.com stated 5* hotel but Google map stated 4*. Some personal feedback: Pros: ‼️ Location, location and location - While everywhere was jammed during countdown eve, the Grab driver was shocked our location was sooo smooth. From KLCC back to hotel was a breeze. ‼️ Water was refilled daily 👍 Cons: ❌ No bar fridge 😱 ❌ Phone was spoilt ❌ Office chair cushion literally sink in when seated omg. ❌ Hot water erratic and rain shower anyhow splash ❌ Noise - No way to sleep when someone is showering. Overall, breakfast was decent standard will likely stay here again in my next stay but hopefully not 20 years later. Cheers.

The location was not bad, around 5 minutes walk will reach a monorail station, 10 minutes will be able to reach Pavilion Mall. Free parking was available for the cars, and plenty of lots was available even around the Christmas day, so no worries for those who drives. Just remember to get an QR code from the receptionist before exiting. They do provide complimentary breakfast every morning. I stayed for 3 days, first morning was kind of bad, everything was very cold and not refilled on time and empty food trays could be seen. Second morning was better. Taste wise, not very authentic, Nasi Lemak taste like normal rice. But since it’s complimentary, better than nothing I guess. And remember to get the toothbrush kit from the receptionist, they only gave you upon request.

On the 3rd flr till 1st flr some Hp and Computer shops, F&b and Fashion outlets and a Diy shop. Staffs are friendly. Shopping/eating at the weekend Masjid India Night Mkt is a must. Oh yes Sogo Dept store just a stone throw away !

Honestly, its the second time for me to dine in here. I still feel the same vibe as the first time. Its such a great place to dine in or having a date. The staffs are friendly as always, this place have nice aura of calmness and elegance. Luck on my side! Bob suggested this drink to me (shame on me, i forgot about the name :(..... Its a great combination of sweet and salt. You should get a real experience of this. For real, this is a great refreshment for me. Not to forget about the other staffs (Rachel, Hidayat, Feroz, Suria & Aidy). They are very helpful and have great customer-relations skills. p/s : if you're still indecisive about the menu, just ask them to help. I always do this and it unbelievably works for me :).

I recently stayed at the Grand Campbell Hotel in Kuala Lumpur and found it to be a budget-friendly option. The hotel appears newly renovated with freshly painted walls, creating a pleasant ambiance. The location in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, adjacent to Campbell Mall and within walking distance to SOGO, is convenient. The presence of a 7-Eleven in the same building is a plus for quick necessities. However, I encountered a downside as there were small roaches in the room. Fortunately, they provided Shieldtox upon request. Despite this, the overall cleanliness exceeded my expectations, and the bed was both clean and odor-free. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, and it's worth noting that the reception requested a deposit upon late arrival, despite the lack of nearby open ATMs. After some inconvenience, they eventually waived the deposit requirement. In summary, the Grand Campbell Hotel offers affordability, cleanliness, and a central location, but be mindful of minor inconveniences like water pressure and the deposit policy.

The location is great, close to 2 MRT lines, near the KL tower and between KLCC and Central Market area. A lot of cafes and restaurants in the area to choose from. Very attentive staff and administrator. What we really liked is that the bathroom has two sinks, which is very convenient, a whole work desk, a balcony and a great view with large windows. And the room is spacious overall. We stayed on the 20th floor and wifi was very poor here and that was inconvenient. The rooftop pool has an amazing view. The gym didn't work.

Individually run apartment rooms, no service at all. The landlord will not inform you how to check in in advance, you need to add WhatsApp or WeChat, and go to the mailbox to get the room card by yourself. Not sure why there is such practice by OYO group, that they are still asking for ”final confirmation” ( via emailing/ texting/ calling) from guest, on the check-in day itself, whether I still want the booking? And that if I never reply to them within 30 minutes, mine booking is cancelled. And that is exactly what happened! Me and my friends had actually arrived at OYO 327 buddy's hotel at 11am, but we understand that it was too early for the check-in. We had left our luggages to proceed for our day tour, and the reception was aware that we will definitely return in the evening for check-in.The staff had even told us our room number for the stay. I can say here that all the ladies staff at oyo 327 buddy's are very nice and helpful, no problem with them at all. Until dinner time that I got free wifi at dining area, I saw OYO had sent me a few emails and the final one is that they had cancelled off mine booking as I was not reachable by them and I didn't reply to their email to confirm if I will be check-in for mine booking. 1 thing OYO group must understand is that not every tourists will carry SIM card of the foreign country to access network through-out. And we are on tour, definitely wouldn't even check on our email all the time. Me and my friends were astonished to get such notice. All the while at oversea trips we never encounter such action from any hotels at all, even with late check-in timing. It was kind of disturbing because we started to worry if OYO had actually let go of the room to other guests due to high booking needs and we might end up without any accommodation or needing to do last minute booking with other hotels. I have to quickly call up the helpline provided in the email to clarify on everything. After spending sometime over the phone, the teller said she is able to re-instate back my booking. While at the hotel, the staff was also made confused as she suddenly saw in their system that my booking was somehow ”cancelled”, and I need to explain to her what's going-on with all the messages I received in my phone. Good that she is understanding and quickly let us get our room key to rest for the day. I hope that OYO group can look into how they manage guest booking in a more understanding and efficient way with the above sharing.
