It's all smooth since i choose booking hotel via the Trip apps. Don't be lazy to read a review and picture uploaded from others. Just a lil bit confuse when to check in, i'm driving to there, so, find The Intermark Mall, then go to the Gate C, you can park from level 4 and above. You'll find Lobby entrance lift, go to Level 1 to Hotel reception. After check in, you can see the lift to the hotel. It is not the same lift to the car park. Don't forget to endorse your carpark ticket at the frontdesk before you check out My check in was so easy and smooth. The staff greet me very friendly, as soon as they saw me walk in. The frontdesk manager who assist me, also was a good looking, humble, always smile, soft spoken, make customer feels comfortable ”Tenang Rasa Hati”. 5 star for you. While waiting, you will be given a Hilton Cookies, yummy ☺️ Then show your booking number and your ID, give your email and phone number and hallas your access card are ready. There's a mall down there. You can go for shoping, everything you need, just name it, pharmacy, saloon, money changer, boutique, and also a food's court. The bed, bathroom was very clean. Smells fresh, good and fragrance. The interior design just like shown in the TRIP. The next day, while i'm going out, the house keeping cleans my room just like before i've check in. He changed everything, towel, bathrobe, and top up more drinking water, tissue, conditioner etc, i like it so much... i gave him 5 star rating for this. My room so refreshing for another one more night. I like the way they separate the floor in the bedroom, so i don't have a problem to pray in here. Breakfast from 7.30 - 10.30am at 'Makan' level 11. Even i'm on my IF but it's ok, my cheat day, hahaha. There is a variety of foods you can choose, Asian, Indian, western, malaysian breakfast, pastry, salad, noodle, murtabak, tosei, fruits, cracker, everything was there. I'm not a picky person, but every hotel i go/stay, i will try their Omellete and here, i love it so much because there is so many ingredient you can add in, just name it, sausage, mushroom, cheese, etc. I have a realy nice and fantastic moment being in this hotel, and i will not hesitate to stay here again next time.

Homestay apartment, decoration is not luxurious, living is very comfortable, you can cook, the house is simple and clear, the main reason is that the location is very good, turn left is the Qinmin shopping mall, turn right is the bar street, pass through to the Petronas Twin Towers.

This is a great hotel with many plus points. My double room was a good size with a very big comfortable bed and a decent bathroom. Starting to look a tiny bit dated now and could do with bedside power sockets, as well as USB points. It’s on the edge of KLCC Park, therefore 5 minutes brisk walk to Suria shopping centre by the Petronas twin towers and close by Jalan Ampang’s other food and shopping amenities. There is also a free hotel buggy service that gets you to Suria KLCC in a couple of minutes. It runs to and from the shopping centre every 15 minutes. Also it is only a 10 minute walk to the slightly newer and more extensive Pavilion shopping centre, as well as being well located for bars and restaurants around Bukit Bintang. What it does lack in comparison to other similarly rated hotels is a truly outdoor pool with a sun terrace area. The rooftop pool serves as a venue for music and drinks in the evening and on into the night with fabulous views around KL. Also Traders could benefit from a decent hotel lounge bar area with relaxing seats. Instead this bar immediately adjoins a dining area and is merely functional, lacking the atmosphere that you normally get in such hotels. All in all, a very good 4 star level hotel though, with wonderful staff and well situated.

Amazing service, exceptionally friendly staff. Smooth luxurious check in experience. The attention to detail at this hotel was really great. I did expect a little more personalisation considering the ultra luxury status of this brand, but still the experience was great. I did ask if I may take the bathrobe for a charge and the hotel did decline which was a little disappointing. My room rate (Club Premier) did include dry cleaning which was very helpful. Although when it was returned, it did come with a receipt but I was quickly reassured that the amount was already adjusted (removed) from my bill when asked. Would highly recommend to anyone who would like to stay in Kuala Lumpur in style.

Stayed here for a night with my love, booked a corner suite to celebrate our anniversary. Requested for room decor and we were surprised to receive a dessert from The RuMa Hotel😍. The room was amazing, well decorated & clean. Everything in the mini bar in the room was free. The staffs were helpful & polite. The only thing that surprised us is when we arrived we where asked for a deposit money which we didn’t know when we booked, but it was all good. We had a great experience, worth the price! 😁

More about Kuala Lumpur

All About Kuala Lumpur

Say hello to Kuala Lumpur, a dazzling city that sits at the heart of Malaysia, both geographically and culturally. It's not just the capital city but the epitome of Malaysia's rapid urban development and rich heritage. Kuala Lumpur, or "KL" as locals call it, is more than just steel-clad skyscrapers and luxury shopping malls; it's a vibrant melting pot of diverse cultures, gastronomic delights, and hidden gems waiting to be explored. Did you know that Kuala Lumpur translates to "Muddy Confluence" in Malay, referring to the spot where the Klang and Gombak rivers merge?

Kuala Lumpur Travel Essentials

Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) is your main entry point, boasting top-notch facilities and an efficient Express Rail Link (ERL) service that takes you straight to the city centre. For moving around the city, KL's public transportation is commendable with MRTs, LRTs, and taxis available at your convenience.

The city primarily uses the Malaysian Ringgit for transactions, and credit cards are widely accepted. While Bahasa Malaysia is the national language, English is commonly spoken in business and tourist areas, making it easy for international travellers.

As for visa requirements, always check the latest information with your local Malaysian embassy or consulate. Generally, nationals from various countries are allowed to enter Malaysia without a visa for tourism purposes.

Exploring Kuala Lumpur's Top Attractions

The iconic Petronas Twin Towers, the tallest twin towers in the world, is an absolute must-see. For history enthusiasts, Merdeka Square and the Sultan Abdul Samad Building paint a vivid picture of Malaysia's past. Nature lovers will enjoy the lush Kuala Lumpur Bird Park, while food aficionados should not miss Jalan Alor, a bustling food street boasting a wide array of local dishes.

Navigating Kuala Lumpur's Weather

Kuala Lumpur enjoys a tropical rainforest climate, where sunshine and showers can happen in the same day. Temperatures in KL usually range from 22°C to 33°C. While the city is ideal to visit year-round, the best times are from May to July and December to February when rainfall is minimal. It's advisable to pack lightweight clothing, a raincoat or umbrella, and comfortable shoes for city exploration.

Your Perfect Accommodation in Kuala Lumpur

Choosing the right hotel in Kuala Lumpur depends on your needs and preferences. For proximity to attractions, consider the Traders Hotel, offering a stunning view of the Petronas Towers. Food enthusiasts might prefer a stay in Bukit Bintang - known for its culinary scene, where the stylish WOLO Bukit Bintang resides. Near the MRT, Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral offers great connectivity.

If luxury is your call, the Mandarin Oriental defines opulence. Budget travellers can look at Container Hotel, unique and wallet-friendly.
