HHanyangyuThe hotel's location is superb, within a 15-minute walk to the Petronas Towers and Bukit Bintang. Considering Kuala Lumpur's frequent traffic jams, this location is incredibly convenient. The 51st-floor infinity pool is iconic, perfect for snapping photos with the Petronas Towers and The Exchange 118 in the background. The breakfast spread is extensive, offering Western, Chinese, and Indian options, though the quality and taste are just average, especially the bread and pastries. I do have two complaints: firstly, the in-room 'pool' is a bit of a letdown; it's really more like a plunge pool. Secondly, Ctrip's hotel details stated that UnionPay cards are accepted, but when I tried to pay the deposit at check-in, they refused my UnionPay card and I had to use a Mastercard instead.

BBrandon88One of the best stay in KL, have been to multiple hotel over the past few years, JW, Shangri-La, wolo, Mercure, intercontinental hotel are some of a few that I have stay.. I would put parkroyal collection as the few that went beyond… service is exceptional, from the moment u alight from the car, greeted with a smile. Receptionist Mr Hakimi (dunno if I remember it correctly) is super welcoming and friendly.
Had a couple of drinks at the botanist, again, service was noticeably good. Only con throughout the stay is, wanted to have a massage at st Geo, however the spa is manned without anyone, waited for 10mins and left.
Room is of good size, clean and have all the amenities. Although all staff that walked past me, greeted me with a smile and you can feel that it’s genuine smile. Much appreciated. I would definitely stay with them again.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel location is in the golden triangle area of Kuala Lumpur and is easily accessible by car or by monorail as the nearest monorail station is Bukit Nanas. We appreciated that we were allowed to check in early, plus the front desk upgraded our room during our stay. The room is cosy, air conditioning can be adjusted to your preference. Shower water pressure is strong. Buffet breakfast is served at the hotel lobby and the spread is amazing. Overall we had a great stay. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful when I reported to them regarding a malfunction hair dryer in the room.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel facilities are excellent, and the service is warm and welcoming. When we arrived, the hotel already had lovely Christmas decorations up. I asked the front desk staff if we could have a room with a nice view, and she said 'Of course!' but that the view rooms weren't ready yet. She offered us another room to rest in while we waited, promising to call us once our preferred room was cleaned. About an hour later, she arranged for our new room, and the view was fantastic! We could see both the Petronas Twin Towers and the Kuala Lumpur Tower. It really exceeded our expectations. Big thanks to the hotel staff!

Booked a studio room and it is spacious, love the amenities available for me, there’s a mini kitchen which I didn’t get to use , a washing machine, kitchen sink, microwave and cooking tool. I chosen this hotel as they fit my requirements for amenities ! Love that I can visit the gym everyday and any point in time. Gym is big and open 24/7. Location may not be the most convenient, it’s around 15 mins walk to pavilion KL but grab is easy and convenient. Services provided by the hotel is top notch too, love every details they made. Keeping the place clean was really something i appreciate a lot.

Had not been expecting the amazing view, wish I could've stayed longer. Would've liked it if the shower could be hotter. Bed was slightly too soft for my liking. Not very sound proof so you can hear some traffic/ construction/ fireworks/ people in corridor. Found it inconvenient that deposit via credit card could only be returned in 24 days. However place was clean and spacious for one person, loved the nook by the window.

颜颜颜_MsiaFacing a troublesome using hotel room WiFi, after CS contacted me in the WS and she gave me a invite code which helps me easier on using the WiFi.
Secondly, there is a must to use their valet parking service during the stay in the hotel, cause they have no parking lot in the hotel, which we feel not comfortable with. One of the valet (Indian guy) has hygiene issue, after his drive to the hotel for me and I felt itchiness all over my body. That’s disgusting! The room I got at the first place the AC is a bit noisy and I got changed room to a higher floor, which is much brighter which I appreciate to. With the shower problem (shower hose broken) got solved after twice of my complaint to the front desk and WS CS.
Overall the stay is ok, but I’ll not recommend for family stay, the staircase is not friendly to wheelchair and stroller.
