The room overall exceeded my expectations. It was spacious and didn't feel cramped, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a great view. Housekeeping was meticulous; there was no dust in corners or on surfaces, and the bathroom was odor-free. The mattress provided just the right amount of support, and they offered both soft and firm pillow options. The air conditioning ran silently, so it didn't disturb me at night, and the shower head provided a gentle spray. The toiletries were high quality. The desk and power outlets were well-placed, and the lounge sofa was very comfortable. The whole atmosphere was quiet and cozy, making it feel as relaxing as being at home.

Clean and nice room. I had a single bed room. It is a bit small. The room makes me feel comfortable and I had good night sleeps.

First time book and quite last minute though. Really likes the room. It's clean and not smelly. There are iron, hair dryer, microwave, fridge and washing maching. Though I just stay 1 night but really happy. The location is very good. The Pavilion shopping mall is just opposite and just 1 minute walks. 😇

Room is clean and equipped with all necessities (fridge, air fryer, toilet paper, tissue, garbage bag n etc) check in procedure is not simple but with the whatapp guide, its still manageable. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet, even though it is located next to the highway. The location is also very convenient, with a shopping mall just next door, making it easy to find food and essentials. The only downsides were that there is no free parking provided, and the check-out time is relatively early at 11:00 am. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and we had a pleasant experience.

The problem is to access to the letterbox room. Is not located at the lobby but outside where you have to go by the side, open the door & go down to the basement to access to the room. The toiletries like toilet paper (already used), supposed to be new one like the hotel & no body wash & shampoo provided and only one small dustbin. supposed to have at least 2. These are my comments. Location wise is good.

The place was clean and tidy and was also a walking distant to the stadium. Host was very responsive. Highly recommended.
