Hotels in Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur

It was t that enjoyable as it wasn’t that clean and there was sewage smell coming out of the toilet etc. and my sink was cracked too . I’m happy they offered to upgrade the room after but to wait for the lift is annoying too . Where there is 27 floor and only two lift is working

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt House Hotels at Mont Kiara. The staff during the breakfast were really friendly and helpful as well. It is a location that is great for families too, since there is quite a bit to explore at the lower levels like cafes and even a supermarket! Extremely convenient. Traffic can get a little crazy, but when is it ever not in KL right? All in all, enjoyed our stay and will recommend to others. 👍🏻👍🏻

We checked in at midnight as our flight landed quite late, kudos to the team for providing 24/7 reception. Check in process was smooth, simple & easy. RM300 deposit required upon check in & is refunded upon checking out (provided no damage done to the property). One thing to note: Don’t use the iron. We tried to iron our T shirt, and it burnt our shirt. Also no facial tissue provided in the bathroom or living room. Overall we enjoyed our stay there, appreciate the bottled water. Amazing facilities, infinity pool, gym, photography room etc! Thank you team!

It's been a while since I last stayed here ... Service is still good as before . Receptionist malay guy during check in and Indian lady during check out are both friendly, smiley and helpful . Feels home to be here again 😊 Thank you for the upgrade ! The studio king have complete amenities and full kitchenette as well as a washing machine with liquid detergent provided - all these are really helpful for guests . The room is spacious, clean and comfortable . It also have an installed water filter on the sink but they also provide a large bottle of drinking water too each day . Housekeeper abang is kind and helpful and also efficient in his work . 👍 The pool is my fav spot in the hotel because of the beautiful and quiet view . Overall, its a wonderful stay here and I will be back again next time . Terima kasih 💛

The toilet having strong cigarette smells and the bad sewerage smells too besides the toilet bowl drainage. Was shocked to have a damaged iron; But owner requested our help to buy new set at nearby DIY shop and immediate refunded us. We are seldom in the room as we were always out thus never use the facilities much. Carparking was troublesome as we were assigned to only dedicated lots. On one of the nights; when we comeback all the assigned carpark lots were taken and we have to park to other different lots and have to inform the property owner. We will not return again cos service apartment checkIN is troublesome and access key given to property is only one set. Will prefer to stay in hotel if it is a short stay.

Great service and clean. Overall, it's pretty good. There's a 24-hour convenience store nearby, and a good variety of food options. There's also a 24-hour convenience store downstairs in the condo building. If I have the chance, I'd choose to stay here again.

First time I booked this apt Dorsett Residence, and they send me a emsil, to make deposit of RM200, if not will have problem on issue to checked in. I also called Trip. Com to confirm the deposit. Now i write in to trip for refund. They told me no record found. But Dorsett Residence ask me to pay, if not they cannot issue check in. Don't you think is so funny, Trip. Com message captured all the information which i go through from that app. How can they don't know. I hope they can clarify soon. If not i will make a police report.

The location was excellent as it was right next to the Mont Kiara Hyatt House, but it was a shame that check-in and parking were not supported. The room was a bit dusty, but it was spacious and cozy.
