The stay was amazing! The room is spacious, unique and clean! Truly had a good time there! The pool and the gym were both amazing! I've went there with a friend for a workshop and even the foods prepared for us throughout the workshop were so delicious. So many restaurant choices near the hotel as well and they are all walking distance. Thank you for the greatest stay! (The only downside is that we need to rent slippers for the pool haha )

After checked out we realised that the parking charges is RM 14.80 instead of RM 7 per entry as mentioned in Trip.com or Mahsa Avenue website. I believe there is misrepresentation or omission in informing me to do any necessary step to get the RM 7 flat rate. I wrote an email to Urban Living, hopefully will get their response soon. Anyway, we had a great stay.

Overall stay is satisfactory. The location of this hotel is convenient as it is link to a shopping mall Mid Valley KL. Cleanliness is good as the room is in good condition and clean. Enjoy the breakfast buffet as there are varieties of food suitable for kids, spicy or non-spicy. Swimming pool is next to the restaurant, separate to adult and kids pool. However, the towels locate quite far near to the gym area, away from the entrance to the swimming pool and require access card. Service provided in the front desk is good, as there is few receptionist to assist for check in, check out and parking verification. Housekeeping service is good as the utilities can be requested if you forget to bring yours (lotion, comb, conditioner). Parking is available sharing with those customer going to shopping mall. However, if you are going during peak season, may encounter hard to find parking area. Parking need to be validated prior going out and need to pay RM5/entry or RM5/day. This hotel is highly recommended for business or family trip.

Stayed for 2 nights and the location was great, direct access to midvalley and gardens. The room is clean and comfortable as well, comes with glass bottle for you to refill and hydrate throughout your stay with is really thoughtful. Some downsides are there isn’t a gym and the entrance to the hotel can smell of cigarettes (might be a common smoking area). Otherwise I am still pretty happy with my stay.

Stayed here for 1 night because to attend training. The room and amenities all are good and the food was delicious. However encounter unpleasant experience during check in by Shereen which is I believe duty manager on the day. I just simply want to check in and she asked me booking under which name and I mentioned my name, she said don't have. And I also showed her the booking receipt from Trip.com which she refuse to see. I know it is a busy time because check in time. Her tone on asking me when did I booked makes me feel like I bother her day. At the end she found it and the way she said I didn't book under my name sounded like blame me, and the name she mentioned ,which is part of my name also. She could have just see the booking details I showed her or simply see my IC that I provided to her. Really sad to have that experience for a good hotel. I will still come back for stay at the hotel because the hotel was good. Hope they can improve the customer service to provide better experience to the customers.

Pretty good hotel, but a bit run down and not a lot of lighting. Quite dim at night. location is quite nice, near mid valley by taxi. Service was also great. Our room had bathroom issues and they were able to change another room for us immediately.

Good location,within reaching cities. Everything is good, except certain equipment seems very old, and broke down. Seeing the status, and the hotel style, the guess expecting more than this. The guy at counter very friendly, and supportive. Clear explanation given during check in. The parking is only Rm5, which is very good (if you scan the card at counter before out). My overall rating is 8/10. Reasonable and good !

Clean and nice room. I had a single bed room. It is a bit small. The room makes me feel comfortable and I had good night sleeps.

An absolute gem! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered a breathtaking view of the city. The amenities are top-notch, and the breakfast buffet was a culinary delight. Will definitely return!
