Book a room for4 pax with breakfasts. Courteous staff from checkin to Nook. The only dissatisfaction is that I cant seem to get warm water for shower and its a bit noisy with the LRT moving outside the room.

Stay Experience: The overall stay was comfortable. Service Attitude: The staff were polite and courteous throughout my stay. I also appreciated that the housekeeping staff greeted guests whenever they passed by, which made the experience feel warm and welcoming. Hotel Location: The hotel is within walking distance of KL Sentral, making it very convenient for getting around the city. Areas for Improvement: The towels appeared to be quite worn and could be replaced. The room lighting was rather dim, and the hot water temperature was inconsistent at times.

Hotel room is big, bed is comfortable, strategic location as the hotel has link bridge to Nu Sentral Mall.

The default hotel i will choose each time i visit KL. We came down from genting, and the bus will stop at KL sentral, very easy to go to hotel. It is also easy to travel from hotel to any part of hotel, dont have to take grab, we could take train.

Fantastic hotel, very near railway station, shopping mall and plenty of restaurants. Will visit and book the same hotel. Highly recommended for travellers not been to KL Central. Kudos to counter staff Mr Riza guided me places of visit and how to take trains service. (Last visited KL 20+ years ago)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at Aloft KL Sentral. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to KL Sentral, making it simple to get around the city and travel to the airport. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and the housekeeping standards were excellent. What made the stay even more enjoyable was the friendliness of the staff. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming, polite, and helpful throughout my visit. Great location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the breakfast offered a good variety of choices. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. Although check-in was scheduled from 3:00 PM, I arrived shortly after 3 PM and was informed that my room would only be ready after another 45–50 minutes. The air-conditioning performance could be better. Despite setting it to the lowest temperature, the room never felt particularly cool throughout my stay. In addition, while the breakfast selection was good, some of the hot food items, especially the porridge, could have been served warmer. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider returning because of the excellent location, but there is room for improvement in these areas.

I absolutely love staying at Aloft KL Sentral. Every time I visit Kuala Lumpur, this is always my first choice. The hotel has a wonderful signature scent that makes the atmosphere feel fresh, relaxing, and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and modern, and the location is very convenient with easy access to transportation and shopping areas. The staff are friendly and professional, making every stay enjoyable. It truly feels like my home away from home whenever I’m in KL. Highly recommended!

Great location- right in Central train station and Shopping mall. You can come directly from the airport with KLIA express train and appear into this hotel. A bit complicated indoor's labyrinth to find it, but manageable. Ask a direction from somebody of local staff.

The hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located near KL Sentral, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast spread was impressive with a great variety of local and international options.

Room spacious and clean. Good for late night travellers to stay overnight inorder to catch a train to airport or city areas. For shoppers, it next to SU central shopping mall.
