Ok for short stay, very convenient location near to the main area of KL central pavilion mall

The only big factor was the location, still in gritty area of imbi but very accessible to Trx the area that is sensational for KL. Food was great as you get first tier to local hawker fare but prices are really to scam tourists.

The hotel is perfect for backpacker travelers, however the property house rule is a little bit strict and has a huge room deposit fee upon check in.

If you don't mind the size then this place is a perfect spot to rest for the night if you are around the area. Basic amenities are provided, clean and the staff are all very friendly and kind. After a while upon checking out, I realised I lost my ring and asked the staff to check if it was in my room that I had checked out. They did and found the ring and returned to me safely. Truly appreciate the communication along the way- very professional and efficient.

The venue was convenient to get around in KL, there is convenience shop opposite the hotel. Room is clean and tidy. best for value.

good location near Bukit Bintang, clean and nice hotel
So bad that rooms are quite small. most rooms are okay, other need a bit of tint, furniture and walls scratched but maybe customers fault. breakfast quite basic and limited no buffet as shown in some old pics..

blanket dirty and i have sensitive skin need some time to wait for them to change room for me, saw footprint on the blanket so wonder if they wash it. walking distance to bukit bintang area, many food nearby too, toiletries is good, all provided including mineral water.
