Clean and quite place. Free parking. Near by many things to eat.

The front desk staff attitude is not welcoming when she knew I booked the room from online platform

Issues : 1. Receptionist failed to inform that we need to notify then when we leave the carpark if we want to enjoy the free parking. We had to pay extra $8 which thankfully they were able to reimburse after some feedback. 2. The Indian man at the reception was pretty rude when answering phone call and asking why we need extra pillow when we requested for one. 3. The receptionist are generally not very friendly. 4. There was a black out in our room out of no reason. 5. The air con is not cold enough.

The cleanliness of the hotel is good, the price is worth it.. the hotel is quiet.. shops are close to the hotel if you need goods and restaurants.. highly recommended💜💜💜💜🫶🏻✌️✌️✌️

Good price with free parking, location is only suitable for people who drive. No convenient store nearby.

The soundproofing isn't great, but it has all the essentials. It's a decent, no-frills place, and the affordable price makes up for it.

Ok service. Room and toilet was clean. Near TBS. Sound proofing was not the best as room was beside highway. Cant expect much for the price.

heater not functioning well. sometimes can be used but sometimes cannot. the ventilation in the toilet smells smokes but other than that, everything’s good.

Cleanliness: my room was not that clean. There’s yellowish stains on the bed sheets. My children’s room was cleaner.  The water pressure of the shower was a bit low.  Overall the room look worn down.

The hotel’s environment is very comfortable, and the stay experience was excellent. Overall, it felt warm and cozy, and I would definitely come back again.

Stayed at Hotel MinCott recently and was pleasantly surprised. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it does the job well — clean rooms, quiet environment, and everything worked as expected. One of the highlights is the location, especially if you need to visit NSK supermarket nearby — just a few minutes' walk away. There are also plenty of local eateries around, which makes it easy to grab a quick meal. The staff were efficient and check-in was smooth. For the price, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a no-frills stay in the Kuchai Lama area.

Just stay for a night to attend relative wedding. Simple and not much to complain about. Near my restaurant this what I want.
