My Hotel @ Bukit Bintang Reviews

The whole trip went very smoothly and we all had our best holiday ever.

Too much bad service , room are too bad smell.. Never book Again any one.. ..

Good location just 3 minutes walk to Alor Street and Bukit Bintang Walk. 6 minutes walk to MRT and Low Yat Plaza i extended my stay for 2 days as i have a business matters at Bukit Bintang. Easy to get anything you need as its nearby Convenient Mart too. Always my choice.

The location is perfect. Close to Jalan Alor and other tourists spots such as Chinatown and Petaling Street. Also close to malls, MRT, convenience stores, shops and food centers. Although the hotel looks good on the outside, The rooms is quite dirty and the sheets are disgusting full of stains of blood and I dont know what else that is. Just see the pictures. The AC is nice and cold. No mini fridge and other toiletries (toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo, hand soap) other than body wash. The bed is also dented in my room. One side is way deeper than other side. Made my back hurt a bit. The front desk staff are snobbish and unhelpful. Not a single smile or willingness to help or assist but it’s fine. KL is easy to navigate anyway.

Nice hotel Bukit Bintang Central area near by have many attractions places

Very limit parking and made me pay RM13 for nearby outside parking. Cleanness can be improve. TV not function even after repair as, shown on picture!

We stayed for 2 nights and luckily we got very last minute deal with unbelievably cheap price for long weekend (weekend + public holiday). Very recommended if you want to go around KL because the nearest monorail station within 10-12 minutes walk. Free parking provided but very limited but there's another parking lot that you have to pay for 10 bucks per entry.Also got mamak restaurant and convenience store nearby. Plus point, we got a room with KL tower view 😁. The only downside of this hotel is the water flow in the toilet is slow so it cause clogging. Definitely will come again if happened to be in KL next time.

Need improve the room amenities Such as tooth brush soap and rack in the bathroom

me and my friend got a two single beds and our room look so comfy and not too crowded, and everything was okay and very clean!👍🏻 and luvvv the big mirror😍

Located along Pudu main road, near to Jalan Alor … walking distances to many shops

It is a very convenient location if you are looking to outside. It is close to China town and outside markets.

The service and the location is NOT favorable. Hired hand are majority Bangladeshi and can hardly speak the local language let alone English! Atrocious food selection best to get food on your own. If you like wet baths this will be the place. The TV stations don't work, the safe did not work and the hot water cones and goes! There's always noise in and out of the the hotel. You have to ask for toiletries, towels and you get the look like it's not ok to ask. The floor in the room was dirty and cracked. The walls were not very clean either. My wife was not comfortable with getting stared at! Furthermore, the front office clerk that's there in the morning was very cold and unfriendly. He was always focused on his computer even if you are talking to him. My overall advice 'RUN' go somewhere else and do you're due diligence! One star ask the way!!!👎👎👎

The location is convenience. I got the room without window. The elevator needs refurbishment .
