This is a very nice, typical hostel for experienced travelers from all over the world, as well as private rooms in communal apartments. The location and view are simply stunning. The people amaze you with their sincerity, in particular their kindness, responsiveness, and honesty. Even though we didn't come to the city for long, I appreciate these people and appreciate the pleasant acquaintances I made.

I stayed at Ohana Suites from May 28th to May 31st and had a very pleasant experience overall. I arrived early in the morning on the 29th, and the staff immediately helped me get my bed, which I really appreciated after traveling. Luckily, I got the corner spot with a very nice city view. The beds and bathrooms were clean, and the staff cleaned the facilities every morning. Some of the showers were not working during my stay, but overall the cleanliness was still well maintained. The staff members were amazing, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The hostel is located on the 26th floor of the building next to a nice hotel, and the view from the common lobby area is excellent — you can even see the Petronas Towers from the living room/lounge area. They also have a laundry system available after 6 PM, which costs around 7 ringgit to wash and 7 ringgit to dry, which was very convenient. The elevators can take a while sometimes, but the location makes up for it. The area is extremely convenient and very local-friendly, with many local restaurants downstairs offering affordable prices. There are plenty of Chinese and other Asian food options nearby. It’s also close to Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor food street, about a 10–15 minute walk away. There’s also a mall directly across the area, only about a 5-minute walk. Crossing the streets in Malaysia can be a little difficult at first, but once you get used to it, it’s manageable. Overall, this was a great value stay for the price — around 11 USD per night. I really appreciate the staff and thank them for making my stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Ohana Suites to travelers looking for an affordable and convenient place to stay in Kuala Lumpur.

So much dust in the coffin style pods. I hadn't realized and went to sleep with the fan turned on when I arrived and woke up a few hours later with a severe sinus infection that lasted the rest of the stay and required constant medication to function. The quality of the other guests was so low that the management had to post signs that insisted guests were required to shower and change clothes. Some guests smoked in the pool and tossed in their cigarettes. Most of the showers and toilets were broken. I can't recall them having even one that fully functioned. Incredible view diminished by the stench of cheap cigarettes

The capsule very clean and near a lot of the restaurant, space is small but for beg packer is very recommended

Mattres was very comfortable. Good AC in sleeping area. Nice view from Terrace. Unfortunately,, kitchen wasn't available to guest.

Everything is great. Just internet line slow.

Staff were very helpful and friendly! The place itself was a little strange as there were multiple leaks from the ceiling, the pods were super hot especially during the day as they turn off the air con roughly from 11am-6pm and the place is full of locals so it is a bit of a strange vibe. Definitely not somewhere that you meet people.

Superb view of the Petronas Towers and Maybank Tower, perfectly located next to Lalaport Mall.

I stayed here for a few nights and honestly it was a solid experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the staff were super friendly. Location also on point they don’t provide a hairdryer, so please bring your own.

Ohana Kuala Lumpur was a very great hostel. They have great management. The hotels were very clean and nice.

I enjoyed my stay, staff were great , I would love to come back to this place, very affordable for backpackers, security is their priority
