Disappointed with cleanliness standards The room was not cleaned properly upon check-in. Issues found: - Bathroom: Stains on toilet bowl covers, no bathroom mat provided - Kitchen: Plates and glasses had stains, microwave not cleaned - Room: Dust on the floor Location was convenient, but basic hygiene needs serious improvement. Would not stay again unless housekeeping is addressed. Rating: 2/5

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the location is very convenient. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. The room facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. The stay experience was superb, and it offers great value for money. You can even see the Petronas Twin Towers!

Good hotel with a beautiful view. However, they should better specify what is included and what extra charges apply, especially regarding shared areas. I also didn’t like that there were no international outlets or adapters available, considering it’s a large hotel that receives many tourists. Other than that, it’s very nice.

The only reason I chose this hotel is the pool but it's not free, you must pay 10 dollars per person for one time entry. Also you can't pay in cash which was a problem for me as i only deal with cash when I'm travelling. The staff were the worst thing about my stay by far, they asked me to contact the numbers on the suite card for any help, support or complaints, both numbers were closed and also didn't respond on WhatsApp. Location have no access for any public transport, only call a taxi.

It was a pleasant stay in this hotel. Rooms were very big, beds comfortable and clean. The hotel also has a pool, but you have to pay 25rm and it’s single entry, but water was so good and clear. There is a metro station nearby, around 9-10 mins walk from the hotel, so the location is also convenient.

SO BAD not recommend to stay here 1. The hotel changed our room type without any mention, we found it after we check in. Cuz they said that they were out of this room type and then they changed our room without any earlier mention. 2. Since we booked 2 king size beds cus we have 4 people to stay, one of us have to sleep on the sofa. 3. One of the reason that we choose this hotel is because it guaranteed that it is a 100% non-smoking property but the room is full of smoke smell. 4. One of the counter service was terribly rude, she just simply gave us the room key and a card but without telling us the use of the card. Since we were the first time stayed in this hotel, we didn't know the use of the card and be taught by a guard, not the counter. 5. We have three air-conds but two were broken, we had to wait for the next day morning for the repair since the technician was not around even though we found this problem at 5pm only.

Overall, I had a good experience at this hotel. The view is absolutely beautiful, and that was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The location is also very convenient — everything is quite close, especially if you need to get to the city center, which made my stay much easier. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, there were a few downsides. On Trip.com, the price listed for the gym and swimming pool was different from what I was actually charged — it turned out to be more expensive, which was disappointing. Also, I didn’t like that you are not allowed to even take a look at the gym or pool before paying — it would be much better to have a chance to see the facilities first. Another issue was that I found cockroaches in my room, which was quite unpleasant. In addition, the room was quite noisy due to the road nearby. Despite these issues, overall my stay was still positive, but I think these points definitely need improvement.

Location is nice. But their front desk stuff was rude to us. I would never recommend this place since there is a plenty of similar ones.

I always have an amazing stay at the hotel. It’s a home away from home. So welcoming, right in the city center, the views from the top are spectacular. Easy to locate and the pool is one of the best pools I have seen in my entire life. I highly recommend. 🌸🫰🏻

The rooms are okay but they should work on their customer service more. The pool area is nice .
