Disappointing service – rude staff and poor housekeeping
I had a very unpleasant experience at this property.
First, the deposit issue: we told the staff that we were worried about getting our deposit back on time because we had a flight to catch. There was a misunderstanding – she thought we would check out very early in the morning, so she returned the $100 deposit. But when she later realized our check-out was at 10 AM, she actually snatched the money back from my husband’s hand. She could have simply explained or asked politely – there was no need to grab it. We are reasonable people and would have given it back if asked nicely. This left us feeling very disrespected.
Second, housekeeping was poor. When we arrived, the bedsheet was already covered in dust. We asked them to change it the next day, but they didn’t do it until we came back in the evening and asked again. We stayed for four days, and every time we requested something (towels, etc.), we had to ask twice before they brought it.some more the floor is dusty. I had to request mop to clean it myself .
Overall, the service was slow, rude, and frustrating. I would not recommend staying here unless they improve their attitude and efficiency.
