The location is at the centre of KL city. Nearby to the temples and Indian restaurants.
We booked a room for 3 adults and two kids.
For us, the worriest thing was the unavailability of car park. We had to park our cark by the road side.
The room is just so-so. Only one tv channel available for us to watch. No laundry bag provided. Breakfast choice was very limited : fried rice, fried meehoon, omelette, sausages, toasts, vadey, paratha and cereal. It was like eating at the common food stalls. The coffee was very very light, like using the same filtered coffee few times.

When i rached to Kuala Lumpur airport i got call from the hotel staff for informing us that they cancelled our booking because of there technical problems and they will refund my money in one week
I ask give me another room or book any othet place for bit they said “ we can not sorry “
On the occasion of new year eve all hotel were full so we were not able to find hotel room for us
That was the horrible time for me and for my mate
And also i am still waiting for my money

The hotel is conveniently located as the train station, Chinatown (Petaling street) and the Indian eateries next door to the hotel and along Leboh Ampang are nearby.
Hotel reception staff, Pratip is very pleasant, helpful and obliging with offering us a room with a window view.
Hotel room cleaner staff, Chammana is very polite and obliging as well.
Unable to comment on the food as we did not eat at the hotel.
Unfortunately, there is no self-laundry facility available at the hotel and the nearest laundromat was not fully functional.
Overall, the hotel is good but facilities could be improved to get a better star rating.

We arrived early hours in the morning, lady at reception could of been happier to help. She checked us in but forgot to give us any information about breakfast (or any other information at all thinking of it) and us needed to bring the key card & the key card wallet to breakfast (we just bought our key and was told to go back to the room to get it), she also forgot to give us our change for tourist tax (20MR) I had to ask for it before going up to our room maybe an innocent mistake but do keep this in mind if arriving early hours. Day time staff however we’re happy and helpful, doorman is lovely.
Rooms were nice and comfy a bit small, no room to lay a suitcase down and no where to store any clothes. No noise complaints at all, rooms were sound proof or we didn’t have any neighbours.
Breakfast there was a good selection, toast, cereal, fruits and a hot buffet but this was often cold. Tea, coffee and fruit juice although the coffee tasted like metal.
