Superb nice riom

Had the worst experience ever!! The security guard has no function at all. Went there for a girls' trip, and on our last night, someone rang our room's bell at 5:30ish in the morning non stop. We were too scared to use the room' s telephone to call the receptionist for help since the telephone is right beside the main door. So we had to call the number shown on google. In the call, we asked for help to atleast send a security guard to go check our level, but they said they can't do it since their working hours start at 9am so they can't do anything. We ended up calling police to check it out for us. Imagine the bell rang from 5:30ish up until the police came at around 6:40+ am. We then requested to check the cctv. Turns out there's two chinese (old woman and old man) who rang it. But how come when the police came, suddenly they are no longer in front of our door? As if they knew the police came. The security guard knew there's an aunty on our level who lost her key, then why didn't he help her? Why did he let both of them disturb other guests at 5:30 in the morning non stop?? What if there's another emergency there and when asked for help they answer with "oh sorry, we can only start operate at 9am". never going there again. & even the parking space is so dirty and no security guard at all. This place is just suspicious. Don't book here especially if you're going solo or only girls.

Location is good for lots of eating restaurants. Room design is beautiful however:- 1) bed got sound (sqeaky) 2) cabinet had damage of bit parts on its formica 3) floor with stained chemical drop. 4) ceiling water seepage marks. Receptionist, her name is Piithi :- 1) not in working attitude, doesn't greet us instead was talking to her male friend or colleague. 2) explain to us the rules and procedures with lazy attitude 3) We waited too long during check out, after 25min we ask her again , then only she took action by checking her computer and thereafter we only got our deposit refunded.

Everything is great, stay a night at this hotel and everything went smooth it just the air conditioning leaking. So far everything is great.

For me everything is find but I dare not park at their parking, easily crash the wall if u driving big car

Horrible hotel management full with hidden terms & conditions… ppl from TRIP.COM have multiple time try to negotiable with person incharge inside Greystone for mycase but the team keep avoiding them what a shame!!!

I wouldn’t say this hotel fully lives up to the photos but it’s not too bad. The location isn’t as walkable as I hoped but isnt too far some some decent shopping centres or the popular food area by grab. The rooftop is nice but smaller than the photos make it out to be. The bed is the least comfortable aspect but the room views and rooftop are the redeeming qualities.
