Good service from the staff with updating of nearby attractions.

This was a last-minute booking out of urgent need, and it turned out to be an incredible surprise! The room was unexpectedly clean, cozy, and comfortable. On top of that, the security is excellent, so we felt very safe throughout our stay. The location is absolutely prime! There’s a 99 Speedmart right downstairs for quick daily supplies, and it’s just a 3-minute walk to the pedestrian bridge that connects directly to Mid Valley, making getting around extremely convenient. The service was remarkably warm and accommodating. The staff were super friendly and kindly helped us carry our heavy luggage up the stairs. Most touchingly, when we accidentally lost our room key on the day, the owner was extremely understanding of our student group and generously waived the replacement fee. Finding such a clean, comfortable, convenient, and heart-warming place when we urgently needed accommodation was a huge blessing. Highly recommended to everyone!

Pros: very clean and newly built. Walking distance from Midvalley mall. Cons: noisy as hell and I didn’t sleep for 3 nights. If you can sleep easily, fine.
