This was the most satisfying hotel of our trip. The room felt brand new and had absolutely no strange odors, and the bidet on the toilet was a huge plus. The swimming pool and gym facilities were excellent. The one-bedroom suite was very spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine with a dryer function. The cleanliness was impeccable. Although the front desk mentioned cleaning was by request when I checked in, they automatically cleaned my room every day for the three days I stayed. The room uses a filtered water system, which is much more convenient than bottled water – just bring your own cup or bottle. The location is superb, only a 10-minute walk to Pavilion, making dining and shopping incredibly easy. You can even see the Petronas Twin Towers from the rooftop garden.
If I had to point out a downside, it's that the hotel is next to another apartment building. Odd-numbered rooms face the large apartment building's external air conditioning units, and the noise outdoors is quite loud, like a waterfall. However, once you enter the room, it's almost unnoticeable; the soundproofing is excellent. I'm very sensitive to noise and initially thought it would be an issue, but I couldn't hear it at all once inside. Plus, the room's air conditioning is very quiet; when set to low, it's gentle and won't bother you while sleeping. This hotel apartment offers incredible value for money.
