The location is pretty good, and while the room was a bit small, it had all the essentials. Breakfast was decent too. Overall, it's good value for money. One thing I'd like to point out: I had already paid the tourist tax, but was asked to pay it again at check-in? I provided proof of payment during check-in, and then they asked for it again at check-out.

The only gripe is that the staff arent very welcoming. But the main staff issue was how the staff who took my bag and gave me the ticket, made a grave error. When i went to collect my bag and i gave over the ticket they returned with 2 other peoples bags. That is such a security breach and the staff need to be better trained. Aside from that glaring issue, the room is actually very nice and comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. A great experience. I will choose this place again next time I come to KL.

I wasn't very satisfied with the housekeeping service. I requested room cleaning when I left in the morning, but when I returned in the afternoon, it hadn't been touched at all. What was even more inconvenient was that housekeeping kept ringing the doorbell to clean my room in the evening, right when I was back to rest. It was quite disruptive, and the timing was poorly managed.

The location is super convenient, just a short walk to Petaling Street. The decor is very modern and trendy. There's a gym on the 9th floor, but it's a bit sparse: only a squat rack, a dumbbell bench (no dumbbells though), three light kettlebells, a treadmill, a yoga ball, a spin bike, and a punching bag. There's also an outdoor pool connected to a bar. Room amenities are quite minimalist. The hot water gets scalding hot and is hard to regulate – you could seriously get burned in a second. The room was a bit noisy; I needed earplugs to sleep.

I think the location in Chinatown and petaling street makes this place worth book it and the price but the service is none. There is no service except check in team members Nur and Deni they were quite welcoming but at the pool nobody greets you and they closed the pool 2 hours in advance for to the rain actually other hotels they do reopen and extend hours. It was very weird so finally I did not swim there cause it was only one night at this place. Recommend for price and location no service.

The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The location is great, close to Merdeka Square, and the LRT station is just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel lobby has a fantastic vibe, with a strong emphasis on board games and video games!

The hotel's location is very close to Petaling Street, so nothing feels too far away. The room is a bit small, but very clean. The hotel's style is quite upscale.
