Check-in was available from 3:00pm and we arrived at the hotel after 6:00pm. However, when we checked in, our rooms were not ready to be handed over immediately. Instead, we were asked to wait nearby because the manager was checking the rooms to make sure everything was in order. We waited for quite a long time, and it was only after we went over to ask that we were finally given our rooms. Shouldn’t this room inspection have been completed before the rooms were handed over to guests? We booked two rooms and had also specifically noted in our reservation to ask whether connecting rooms were available. However, the hotel staff assigned us two rooms on the same floor, but one was the first room and the other was the last room on the floor, which was obviously not ideal. When we asked to change the rooms, we were instead given one room on the highest floor and another on the lowest floor. We were told by the person in charge that the hotel was fully booked. However, later when we took the elevator, we noticed that guests who checked in after us were assigned rooms on the same floor where our original rooms were, just a few rooms apart. They were also staying in the same room type. In that case, shouldn’t the two rooms we had booked have been prioritized and arranged together first? For a four-star hotel, I feel that the most basic aspect of room allocation was not handled properly. If we had been traveling with elderly family members or young children, this would have been very inconvenient and troublesome. We were also very disappointed with the breakfast. I have never encountered milk that had been diluted with so much water. It was extremely thin and barely had any taste of milk at all. Overall, we were very disappointed with both the room arrangement and the breakfast. These are basic aspects that I would not expect a four-star hotel to get wrong. Thankfully, the service staff were all very polite and courteous.

This is a new hotel with huge rooms and comfortable beds. Its just a short drive from mid valley.

We stayed here for two nights. As the hotel was newly opened in 2025, the room was clean, modern, and comfortable. It came with all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay.

It is a reasonably nice and comfortable hotel. Will definitely stay again when i go there for business.

Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast at the coffee house.
