I don't smoke, but on my first morning here, someone rushed in claiming I was smoking [facepalm]. I told them I wasn't, and they immediately pointed to a cigarette butt outside the window, demanding a 1000 Ringgit fine [facepalm]. Do they really think Chinese people are ****** or something? I just checked out and left. Later, I asked some friends, and they said people in Malaysia sometimes try to scam solo travelers. Not sure if that's true, but I'm definitely not paying [facepalm]. This hotel is a rip-off, avoid it!

Room was clean, but housekeeping took almost 45mins to bring an extra pillow, otherwise all is good!

Nice service but transport harder cuz Grab need some time waiting. If you want take mrt need grab . Environment is good, service guard very friendly and kindly.❤️❤️❤️

Stayed for 2 nights. Unfortunately, the shower water temperature was extremely unstable, suddenly changing from freezing cold to burning hot without warning, which was a serious safety concern. The room was also very noisy due to traffic from the main road and frequent corridor noise, including guests walking past and doors opening and closing. I reported the shower issue to the front desk at around 10am on the second day and was informed that a technician would inspect it. However, nobody came before I checked out. Disappointed with both the maintenance issue and the lack of follow-up from the hotel.

Very convenient location with easy access to restaurants, shopping malls, and public transportation. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The trip was fine overall, but the hotel had two cockroaches. We asked the receptionist to have the room cleaned, yet the next day there were still cockroaches in the toilet and even a dead one in the room.

It's a nice and clean hotel. Stunning view from the Skydeck at night which you can view the KLCC, KL tower and TRX from the Skydeck and swimming pool area. There are restaurants nearby with short walk. The downside is there is no free parking for hotel guess.

Every time I visit Kuala Lumpur, I stay here. The price is reasonable, and there are many food options nearby, all within walking distance. They also provide a shuttle bus service. The staff are all very friendly and polite.

Very clean and well located hotel. There are a few restaurants at G level, from Chinese to Arab and to 24 hour convi shop. Gym can be better as there are only treadmill.

Great view from high level. Near to Sunway Velocity Mall (8mins drive). Has a lot of good food at it surrounding.

Great service! They have a pool and a bar upstairs, plus breakfast in the morning. Downstairs, right outside, there are tons of food options, both day and night. For foreign visitors, there's even a Chinese restaurant right there.

Mercure Hotel Trion – Stay from 20–23 Feb I stayed here with my family for three nights. Overall the stay was okay and the hotel was generally clean, which made it comfortable enough for a short trip. The main issue we experienced was the air-conditioning. Even when set to 18°C, the room didn’t feel cold at all, especially at night. Service was a bit inconsistent depending on who you spoke to. When I first asked about parking, a female staff member told me it would be RM10 and that the rate could be adjusted at checkout since I was staying for several days. I confirmed with her that it would still be RM10 even if we entered and exited multiple times. However, when I checked out and handed over my Touch ‘n Go card, another staff member informed me that it was actually RM10 per entry. After I explained what I had been told earlier, he apologized and kindly waived the parking fee for me this time. Aside from that confusion, the stay was generally fine. If you’re looking for a clean and decent place to stay, this hotel is still a reasonable option.
