Everything is good, hv stayed here twice, near to TRx n pavilion , just 10 minutes walking

This apartment is good for 6 pax. View is facing TRX. Everything in order expect 5 matters. 1. Extremely crowded with people. Impossible to take the lift up and down. Got to wait for min.15 - 25mins. 2. Another negative part was they only provided with 1 pc of access card which makes it inconvenient for 6 pax to access. 3. The lift has no air conditioning thus makes it unpleasant for the huge crowd which we had to battle each trip. 4. The swimming pool was also not as accessible as it seems for apartment users. Restricted facilities. Got to purchase accessories before diving in. 5. Reception - not friendly and not a real reception. Mainly a security guard based at reception table.

The location is good, just walking distance to the tourist spot, nice view from the room!

New building but maintainance bad. Only 2 elevator working. Lobby area warm. Air cond not working.

We lost our money inside the unit. The foreign staff entered our unit to put the detergent when we went outside. We suspect he steals the money as the owner said he didn't pass the cleaning fees to office also

The service was good no foods provided parking was convenient, very good location in the heart of kl city

Everything is pretty good. The service may need improvement but generally it's ok.

Everything was perfect but so sad because of the bad communication. The host never reach us even on the date we arrive at the place. We reach at the residence around 430pm but until then the host never try to call us or msg us. I used to stay at another apartment residence but the host will guide us how to collect the key even the parking they provide for us. Im really feel sad because this is my vacation with my family. For sure i will not repeat to stay in here again.
