The room was good, spacious and the view is awesome. We love our stay here.

The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC Park, making it super convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The rooftop infinity pool offers amazing views! During check-out, I accidentally left a document bag in the room because I was in a hurry. The staff were incredibly helpful; they found it and even emailed me photos of the documents and tickets inside. I'm very grateful for their assistance!

All Good by mana mana, very underated with suit room you can get at 5star hotel but at here not more than 150 you can get the same room 👍👍👍

Overall experience was okay! The cleanliness of the room was excellent, the wifi & Smart TV were functioning well and I got the lower level floor. I agree with the rest of the comments on the lifts’ issue. I saw someone did this hack so I gave it a try although it took forever to get to the lobby. Firstly, you take the lift going up instead of going down to secure a spot which at least you’ll not have to wait forever as once it reaches your floor, it will be full of people inside already 😭 I don’t have any pictures of my room as I forgot to take them & I was already tired but there’s a place that I’ve visited during my stay which is Bangunan Sultan Abdul Samad.

The hotel is nice, it has big rooms, good location and clean also.

The room and bed were both quite spacious, and it's a pleasant 15-minute walk to the Petronas Towers. A few things to note: 1. If you arrive early and need to store your luggage before check-in, there's a 5 MYR cash fee. They don't give change, but there's a small convenience store next to the front desk where you can get some. 2. The 200 MYR security deposit must be paid in cash. Alipay or WeChat are not accepted, and I didn't ask about credit cards.

Room were clean & big . Middle of everything , walking distance to KLCC .

Worth the money. Bilik cantik, kemas dan bersih. Check in process pon chef kiss. View cantik. Amenities complete. Puas hati.

Everything is ok except the lift. 4 lifts with high amount of traffic. Can wait up to 5-10mins for the lift during peak hours.

The hotel does not provide: slippers, coffee and we found it dirty when we checked-in. Clean service is once in 2 days. All the dishes in the kitchen are extremely dirty I didnt like the experience.

Came back after a long day outside only to realise too many faulty/issues in the unit. TV didn’t function well, not programmed to any channels, internet network could not be connected on the TV to access external prog as Netflix/Prime Video. There were no stable WiFi connections throughout the stay. The wait for the lift is horribly long every single time. I wonder what happens when there’s an emergency or medical urgency in the higher floors. There’s too many guests feedback on the lift matter. Property management should really need to look into this matter in highest priority.
